We went into Mochinut and there was only one employee working at the time. She was busy frying and measuring, which is understandable, but during the several minutes we were in the store she never once acknowledged us. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. We even stood there discussing which donuts to get, hoping she might glance up or say something, but she didn’t. With the music playing loudly, it felt awkward to interrupt her, so after waiting, we ended up leaving without ordering.
All we wanted was a simple donut box, nothing time consuming or complicated, and it was disappointing to feel completely unnoticed as customers. A quick “I’ll be right with you” would have made a huge difference and we would have waited.
I’d suggest the owner look into hiring more staff for weekends or training employees to at least acknowledge guests when they walk in and cleanliness was lacking as well. First impressions matter, and when people feel ignored, they’re not likely to come back. Mochinut has good products, but without better staffing or customer service, it’s hard to recommend this location
Ps: she did notice us when we got there and decided to ignore us either way.

Supercute date night dessert spot. The donuts are yummy and adorable. We were greeted with friendly service. Decor was also pink and sweet just like the donut. Just docked them points on atmosphere because it was way too hot to sit and stay and enjoy.

I didnt like the cleanliness of the place, you buy the corndog but adding a little sauce is extra. The place is really hot seems like no ac, we paid around 40 dlls for 2 corn dogs 2 donuts and 2 drinks and the corndog was plain not even mayo and Sriracha and other stuff was extra. The cups for the boba had a sticker with the name in purple which left me and my mom purple stained because the marker was all dripping down which stained my arm shirt and car. My corndog was really dark and seemed all wet when I received it

I have ordered 6 original and 6 chocolate but I received delivery it turn out 6 black sugar and 6 original. no heads up no explanation why changed my order
Update 2: LOL scroll down I'm not the only one that this happend too Update 1:Honestly I'm good on the discount I think you forget the part that I showed up at 840 and the app allows you to pick up food 30 minutes before the pick up window. That's when the text message began and you told your worker that I can buy the last bag on the app and to refresh it but I wouldn't pop up . Once I told her again it wasn't showing up you tell her someone else bought it and that you didn't know what to do anymore. That was very unprofessional that you could of just cancled that person who just bought it order to give me the time to buy it again since I was already their but instead you told your worker theirs nothing you could do. I'm a just keep this review up and not go back again. Thanks I appreciate everything :)
Honestly disappointed with the owner and the too good to go app. Placed the order and drove all the way from imperial Beach and when I arrived owner canceled and my order and told me that theirs nothing she could do about it. Tried to explain why that was unfair when I drove all the way over here and was told that they don't know what too do.

The corndogs were tasty, and the girl was very kind, but I won’t lie—she took a while to give me my order, which couldn’t be completed because when she handed me the food and I told her I was missing the drinks, she said they didn’t have any. Plus, the corndogs had a very unappealing presentation.
Honestly, I’m not going to blame the worker, she did everything she could by herself because she was literally the only one handling the counter and making the food. This is more the company’s fault. How can you leave just one worker? At least, have one person for the counter and another for food preparation. Poor girl, having to deal with stress, rude customers, and an irresponsible company.
