Outback Steakhouse

Worst experience ever. I come alot.. we were at the table for like 15 mins before we got our bread, salad came out wrong. server was nice just took a min to get everything and kinda forgot about us once he was busy… even the server next to us noticed that everything was taking forver so he stepped in to help us, only had 1 table in our section, feel like she shoulda got sat that big party… steak was cooked to temperature but the meat quality was seriously bad. we got new york strips and they were worse than the sirlon. super tough. if u are going to charge 30$ for ONE steak it better be good? ridiculous. I can buy 2 quality steaks for 25-30$… Super disappointed and upset that I spend 90$.

Paco was our waiter and he is PHENOMENAL!!! He came back multiple times to ensure that we had everything we needed! He was very attentive and made sure our order was correct! He made our dining experience a wonderful one! Thank you Paco!

Had a great experience at Outback tonight ! Our server was Ryan tonight and we will definitely be coming back in the future :) He is an awesome waiter! The atmosphere was great and the customer service is excellent. Thanks for a great night Outback in National City :)

We had a great experience at Outback! Our waitress, Vivian, was extremely nice, very welcoming, and always attentive to our needs. She checked on us often without being intrusive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The manager, Shelby, was also attentive to all guests. Service like that really makes the difference. We’ll definitely be coming back!
