Horrible experience today. Placed an online order, got a text my food was ready so I go on my 30 min lunch break only to stand there for 30 min to wait om my food. I didn't get to eat it in time and I didn't want it cold so I threw it out out of anger. MANAGEMENT needs to do better in staffing enough people to handle the work load. Today I'm eating air for lunch. Thanks Panda Express.

Excellent service from the staff and something important for those of us who are always in a hurry is that the parking space is large so you never have to wait to find a place to park your car.

I am absolutely never eating here again. We ordered delivery and they didn't include the two drinks we ordered, and it is on the receipt. The picture shown is a double order of broccoli beef because it's always been my favorite. The meat is grey and tastes off, almost bad, the broccoli is yellowing and tastes off too. The chow mein is unseasoned and tastes like I tried to eat raw spaghetti noodles that look nice. I'm literally so off-put by all this I'm throwing it in the trash after 3 bites. One for the meat, one for the broccoli and one for the noodles. I rarely get Panda Express, but with this experience, I see no reason to ever have it again.

The employees do not maintain cleanliness and are very irresponsible with online orders. I ordered online and when I arrived they did not deliver my order because they said they missed making it and they had already cleaned everything and they no longer had what I had ordered so I left. There is no food and for a long time I had bought one to take away and when I got home it was burned, the truth is, nothing to recommend
This was the worst experience I have ever had, I ordered online for pick up, when I got home, they gave me the wrong food, the food was cold and I requested utensils, condiments and napkins through the app and received nothing, the egg rolls were half cooked and i had someone else pick it up, so i am unable to return this food and grt my money back, so im just screwed, i don't appreciate wasting my money

They are supposed to closed at 11pm , we went today on a Tuesday at 945pm they didn't have white rice , and any of the proteins , the only pans that were available was orange chicken literally the other pans were empty and put away . They still have 1hr and 15min before closing. They were already cleaning up everything and also they stop cooking. Bad service and it seems that they want to work less and go early.
