Food is usually the same on every panda that I have eaten, but at this location was very bland almost tasteless, and the ice machine was not working so hot fountain drink 😒

There was no line but it took a bit to get my food. My Walnut Shrimp is either burnt or has mysterious black substance lol.

The couple infront of me got a box brimming with food unlike mine. We ordered the same but got different quantities.

Not sure how I feel about this place. The cashier was atleast nice though..

I don’t understand why this Panda Express has an online order function yet when you get to the restaurant you’re completely ignored at the register. There was one person on the line and two on the register the two male employees didn’t welcome me nor give me any type of eye contact as I was just there to pick up my order that I made online. I had to interrupt the man checking out the next guest just to get my order after waiting 10 mins. It was very unprofessional.

The noodles were cold and dry ?

Orange chicken has no chicken in it. It’s fried something but no chicken. Also the teriyaki chicken is rubbery. I don’t believe it’s fully chicken. Their food is too greasy. Poor equality !

But what super bad service they give in that place.
I didn't care about the bad reviews because it was the only thing I wanted to eat in the plaza and we received super bad service ? and I regretted having eaten there.

It is sad that the same Hispanic staff treats another Hispanic badly or worse. It seemed that they took away his salary for answering questions from the ordering options. And besides, I got the leftovers of an overheated and hard chow main; and a chicken without salt. My family who was with me also received the same treatment.

The cashier seemed to get offended every time you spoke to her in Spanish because she responded in English; while we heard her several times speaking from a distance in Spanish with other workers.

It is also worth mentioning that the eating tables in the food area were also very dirty and it seemed that they were not cleaned constantly.

I honestly don't plan to eat there again.

It's a 2 star because I watched a male employee named alex check temps on all the foods including honey walnut and stuck the probe in every dish without rinsing or washing it off. Cross contamination from the shellfish to the chicken and chicken to the beef is insane. Strongly recommend retraining.

Plaza Bonita Location: The first incident was last year when my daughter found a worm of some sort in her beef and broccoli and the store manager gave her attitude instead of issuing a refund. So we do not eat their veggies anymore.The second incident happened this weekend as we were ordering orange chicken and went to pay for it and noticed a roach crawling from behind the counter and we asked for a manager and gave the food back. Asked for a refund and the manager did not want to give us a refund. Argued with my teen daughter as the roach continued to crawl all over the counter and made its way on the card machine for the POS system. We asked once again for a refund and have yet to receive it. The manager then asked my daughter not to record, which she was not recording but definitely should have recorded everything. WE WILL NOT BE EATING AT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.

Today me and my spouse visited Panda Express. I don’t remember when anybody could be THAT RUDE and mean when I ask what options I may have on noodles.. The lady was cranky, imagine SHE PUT only 5 shrimps on side!!! I was incapacitated to argue on sight, I simply was too fatigued to make drama, but these people ought to question - if this job is for them. Repugnant food! Repugnant service!! Terrible service, I will not return. The cashier from last night, very despotic and rude, almost shouting, attends to you and would order you a drink and doesn't even let you speak. She keeps telling you I got it. I don't have the name, but very arrogant. I hope they remove her as a cashier. She doesn't serve customer service. customer sun doubts the tall boy very friendly and attentive and polite that boy very nice I wish there were something people like that run to the clientele Be careful it's the national city branch still next to party city I don't have the exact address

Probably the worst Panda express to go and dine in respect to portions. My meal was lackluster, to say the least, and they didn't told me that they don't refill on small and medium drinks... terrible service and attitude when I went back and forward with them on this.
