The customer service was excellent! My husband forgot his mask and the cashier provided him one so he could enter their establishment. They served our order quickly and the food was DELICIOUS!

Awesome place! Awesome food! Tara has GREAT customer service! I placed my order on the phone and she repeated my order, was friendly and respectful! Once, I picked up my order she had smile on her face (even while wearing a mask you could tell). I truly appreciate someone with great customer service now a days as it is hard to find!

Was a quaint little restaurant and the staff are friendly. The wings were alright but the Mango habenero patte the poor in there wings is way too sweet and turned there nice got wings cold

Delicious buffalo chipotle fries! Great customer service and clean restaurant in National City. The restaurant also doubles as a Marisco spot but haven't had the chance to try it out their menu, the Regular sized fries are big and will fill you up! I will be returning again for wing fries in the future

First of as soon as I walk in , the cashiers were too busy talking the place seemed closed I should have seen that as my first sign that the service and food would be bad , I then order garlic Parmesan wings and a small drink , I proceed to get my drink and come to find they have no ice . And I tell the girl and she Says "oh yeah we must be out of ice " I mean where is the customer service why not refund my drink when I got the drink with the reason for having ice in my drink .then the food is ready I get home the wings were cold soggy and hard to chew this place is disgusting and they are robbing your money don't come here

I gave I gave them a good review about six months ago I can have it tonight and it was very disappointed the portions were really small and there was hardly any chicken on it the buffalo chicken fries very disappointed and unsatisfied never again
Update: just walked in, I was unsure of closing time (Yelp says 9 but actual location says 10). Asked Gentleman working (maybe owner/manager) what time they closed, he stated 9 but he still took my order even though it was already 9. As I waited for my order he gave me a free drink. Both actions are highly appreciated, given he didn't have to do either. We are definitely going to continue coming back.

Ordered Door Dash for pickup tonight. Ordered 15 Parmesan Garlic Wings, 10 Mild Buffalo Wings, Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs with Mac N Cheese side, and a side of Cole Slaw. When I placed the order on Door Dash, I specifically selected Cole Slaw as a side and that if it is not available, to call me. Well, when I arrived the nice lady substituted cole slaw with a side of macaroni salad. She did give me the option to swap it out with a potato salad instead so I did that. I was just puzzled bc I did not get the call that I selected to call me if the cole slaw was not available. We get home and the food is pretty good temp. The garlic parmesan wings were not very good. They were not crispy fried and they were soggy soaked in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce/dressing. The mild buffalo wings were a bit crispier and were a little better. The Baby Back Ribs were flavored well, tender, and good. Here's the kicker: the side of Mac and Cheese was not good at all. It is basically boxed "Kraft" Mac N Cheese with extra cheese sprinkled on it...a cook's shame! I probably won't be back here but I believe that everyone loves their loaded fries (they have chipotle buffalo & pulled pork bbq fries). Those looked great but we did not try tonight. Glad that we tried it out.

Usually i come eat buffalo chicken fries at this place but today the new chef gave me so little chicken. Literally like 5 pieces and everything else was a mountain of fries. Could have done a little better with the chicken. I wish it was like before.
