San Diego’s summer weather doesn’t stop us in satisfying our pho cravings here at Pho 7 Cow.
I always order 01: House Special Cow 7. I've been prepping for this piping hot and delicious broth so I got the large this time. Generous meat and fresh bean sprouts, basil and lime.
A1 Spring rolls; crispy with the perfect saltiness and sweetness of their Nước chấm.
#20 / Grilled Filllet Mignon Broken Rice. Tender and well seasoned beef but I wish their broken rice menu have egg loaf and shredded pork skin.
Highly recommended Vietnamese restaurant. Customer service was great.

Pho 7 Cow in National City never disappoints! The service is always perfect—everyone is so friendly and attentive. The food comes out fast, fresh, and consistently delicious. There’s almost always a wait line, which just proves how good this place really is.
My go-to is the #29: grilled pork with vermicelli noodles, egg rolls, lettuce, pickled veggies, peanuts, and their amazing sauce. Every bite hits the spot! The ambiance is warm and family-friendly, making it a place you can enjoy with friends or loved ones. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area!

Fast service.
Ordered the large house special pho. Everything was good, generous meat amount etc. The broth was very bland. Barely an aromatic to be tasted. Just a bland grey water. There are so many better pho places in the area so I'm not sure why this place is so popular. It was packed and there was a wait when we went. Maybe I'm the only broth snob haha. If they dialed up the aromatics I would come here all the time.
San Diego's best pho in town, the prices are very reasonable and the pho is always on point. Service is always excellent and you get your food piping hot and fast. Always my go to spot for the best pho. I would recommend this place to everyone who loves to eat.
Hidden gem, definitely a place to go
Charged me more then what I wrote on the bill
Amazing customer service, very friendly and they serve my food very quickly.
Found a curly hair inside my pho (I have straight hair), so I told my waiter. Waiter brought the manager. When I showed the hair to the manager, the manager said it's a part of tendon in the pho. When I told him there is no hair on tendon, he stood there with a blank stare for a few seconds, then told me he could get me a new soup. I'm sad because I have been to this restaurant many times before and had decent experiences.

Very friendly staff. But too noisy (some giant refrigerators, not sure) and it’s too cold to sit here , foodwise: springroll are a bit dry. Have been premade I think. Rice dish with beef : not the worst but so and so , the meat was ok flavored
Prices are accessible and the pho is pretty tasty.
Pho No. 3 rare steak, flank, brisket, tendon & tripe is pretty good, a lot of flavor!

Large, open restaurant serving very good Vietnamese beef and rice noodle soup (pho). The house special Pho 7 Cow (no. 1) has 7 kinds of beef that are all very tender, more so than those at many other Vietnamese restaurants. The grilled chicken and egg rolls over rice vermicelli (no. 32) came with freshly fried egg rolls that were crispy and full of flavors.

Worst service ever coming from day one when this place first open and it service just went down they care more about money than actually make the guest feel satisfied. Food don’t even look representable anymore
