Amazing food and service. But the fish tank is straight up depressing and the parrot fish color show signs of extreme stress. They have no decor in their bare tank. I mean give them a hiding rock or something bc no one can enjoy their amazing bowl of pho while being gawked at by these sad creatures. It takes from the experience.
We did take out. Very busy, but I see why. It’s amazing food!
We got fresh rolls and raw beef pho.
The beef was quality. The broth was amazing.
The fresh rolls were awesome!
Only recommendation is to wrap the rolls to go in Saran Wrap to help preserve them.

The service here was incredible on a busy Saturday at 4:30PM. There were 5 tables ahead of us on the waitlist, but they were all seated within what felt like 10 minutes or less.
I was amazed at how quickly the food arrived after ordering with how busy and full the restaurant was. We were a party of 2 so your mileage may vary. It honestly felt faster than fast food. I was literally so amazed at how efficiently the workers were moving. Pho and the grilled chicken...
