Order lemon grass soup from DoorDash, nowhere in the description did it say it was spicy. They ruin my night by giving me something I couldn’t eat.

Tonight was my first time dining at this pho restaurant. I was very impress with cleanest and staff was very friendly. The portions are very generous and the prices are reasonable. I can definitely say this is one best pho restaurant in san diego,in my opinion. The broth was very flavorful, no need for extra sauce.I enjoyed every sip, till bowl was empty.

Humid and hot. Leave your sweater in the car.No ambient music. You can hear everything from everyone's conversation even the cooks.Excellent noodles nonstickyness! Noodle portion is huge.Meats were dry rubbery. Not much flavor.

We happened to be nearby and hungry. Lots of tasty choices in the area, so on a cool and windy morning it was Pho for us. The restaurant is long and narrow with a line of booths to the right and a line of tables on the left. A bit on the dark side, but clean and inviting. Service was prompt and friendly. We both ordered Pho Tai. The soup arrived ten minutes later, literally teaming which I like. Can't stand places that serve lukewarm Pho. The broth was excellent, not too salty and with just the right amount of spice. Some places put too much star of anise in their broth, but the broth was rich, savoury and hot. The beef was fresh and very thinly sliced and the noodles are cooked just right. Very good Pho, definitely one of the better Pho places in the SD area. We also ordered a BBQ Pork Summer Roll which is a cold roll. Also fresh and delicious with an excellent dipping sauce. We were very pleased after our first visit and I am happy to recommend Ginger Pho & Grill.

Decided to do take out tonight. Before my wife took a bite out of the shrimp rolls she noticed the letuce looked old. she opened it and found a bug and yes infact the veggies were old.

Ordered fresh spring rolls for take out, shrimp inside was old and smelly-had to throw away. That set the tone for its house Pho' which lacked flavor. Sprouts turning watery and soggy. They are not turning out fresh food, choosing instead to use ingredients that should be trashed. This will not keep customers coming back.

Not worth the takeout. We ordered through the phone and the only good thing was the food was ready in like 15 minutes. Online, they dont list their prices. Upon arrival we saw how little the portions were and saw the final total. For two thai teas almost the size of my iphone, it was $9.50 EACH. I couldve just gone to Icebox down the street. Overcharging their takeout customers. Not satisfied.

The lemongrass chargrilled pork chop rice plate is done right here. Flavorful and tender unlike another place I tried.

I've always enjoyed my food when we come here. We order the pho, egg rolls, fried calamari and the fresh lemonade soda water. We've never been disappointed. The pho with filet mignon is very good

Form of payment and location is very convenient however this place needs to be more clean and sanitize. Their restroom is so dirty. There’s a hair on our order as shown on the photo, tho they’ve change it any person will lose their appetite esp when you already took a bite. Rice wasn’t cooked well . Sauces were good and the Thai tea was ok but the tapioca needs improvement. It wasn’t that bad but I wouldn’t wanna dine here anymore.

We stopped by to visit Ginger Pho & Grill in early December before getting groceries at the nearby Seafood City in Nat'l City. There is plenty of parking but it can be really hectic during the weekends. Pho' is the best winter delight food which is essentially a combination of noodle soup with meat and vegetables. We ordered the following: 1. A couple of large P6's from the menu: It came with slices of rare steak, flank & tripe. The flavoring was good and they gave plenty of noodles. 2. Shrimp spring rolls: Consisting of shrimp, vegetables, bún, and a few ingredients wrapped in bánh tráng (edible rice paper wrapper). They came fresh and the vegetables were crispy. The peanut butter sauce was great. We'll certainly visit again in the future. --- Break --- Customer Service: 3.5 Cleanliness: 4 Cuisine: 3.5 Overall Rating: 11/3 = 3.6 or 4 stars

Cook wasn't wearing a mask at all, workers didn't really have it on right either, just kind of weird tension in there too
