I tried the Beef and Lamb Shawarma plate. The portions are large so you can probably share this plate. Ordered it with Rice and Salad. Also came with hummus. Everything was delicious. I also tried the whole fried chicken wings which were also very tasty. So if in the mood for Gyros. You definitely should try this place out. Also has many other options on their menu. It's located in the Fiesta Market .

Great food, Greater owner. The man Nas is a humble guy who you can tell has a genuine care for the quality of this dishes. The menu is plenty and I’m sure there’s something for you. Just reviewing based on how long it is taking for 2 orders for my husband and myself. We have been here for 30 minutes so far, and this is ridiculous.

Seen that they opened a new spot at the local market a couple months ago and finally made it in. It's in the back of the market with a sign out front advertising it. First of all the owner is super cool very accommodating and answered all my questions and you can see the passion he has for his business. Ordered the chicken plate and it was excellent and a side of french fries that was good as well. You gotta try this spot and you won't be disappointed. You can't beat the customer service and some of the best food places are in hole in the wall mom and pops spots like this.

This place is a gem. Found it thanks to Yelp. I tried their gyro fries. The fries were crispy and the seasoned well. The lamb pieces were pretty well portioned. I'm grateful for the cook that took his time to make my meal to perfection. It took maybe 10-15 mins so I walked around inside the store and bought some stuff. If you want to eat inside there are tables and chairs, Will be back soon!

Pilot Food is a small family-owned Mediterranean restaurant located in the Fiesta market. We did pick up and some items ran out that day, but the guy was so generous and gave us full sized sides. So far, I have tried their Beef Gyro and Lemon Chicken Fries. I would get their gyros every time I come here. The fries on the other hand were just ok for me and needed more seasoning, especially the fries. They are so friendly at this spot and I highly suggest to try this spot for yummy gyros!

This place is located inside a mini supermarket. I wasn't really expecting that. The service was good, but I did have to call someone to help me out because no one was in the back.I ordered Chicken and Beef Shawarma Gyros to go. It seems more like a take it go type of place but you can eat there. The Chicken and Beef Gyros were good but I have to say I like the chicken more. The chicken had more seasoning to it. Maybe there was sauce I could've got to help with that decision but I didn't get any.

Hands down the best gyro I've had in San Diego. Coming from Chicago it's hard to find or people are skimpy on the meat. This was the perfect fully loaded crispy but juicy gyro w tomato onion feta and taziki on it. Wait was like 15 mins but you know if it takes that long it's bomb. I was sketch on going at first because I got there seen it was a little liquor store supermarket but then I thought reviews don't lie let's give it a shot and I'm glad I didn't I will definitely be back
