WORST POPEYES EVER! Go to another location. This place is so dirty, and customer service is horrible. Lady looked at me when I entered and didn’t ask for my order. She kept doing her thing and six minutes later, she took my order. I ordered six wings, I had to wait 27 minutes because I kept going up to the front asking them about my order. The lady said that it takes 8 minutes to make the wings, but this was 20 minutes after they placed my order. There were six workers there. So it’s not because they are lacking employees. Not only that, but my wings weren’t even good. I was so close on asking for a refund. Meanwhile, drive-thru was going by pretty fast.

Customer service at this location is horrendous. Also, every time I go, they never have spicy chicken and don't even offer to prepare any if you want to wait, and they also don't like to upgrade for substitutions, eventhough the customer will pay for upgrade. Too bad because the restaurant itself is very nice.

I don't know if it's the employees or the food itself but the chicken is always 99% bone and the little meat that you do get is always either uncooked or spoiled. Chicken shouldn't be dark green.

After seeing the Popeyes commercial on TV advertising the "Buy 1 6pc wings and get a 2nd for $1" offer I decided to stop by while out the other day and take advantage of the deal. But unfortunately, the offer is not available in-store and I had forgotten my reading glasses. The young lady associate that assisted me in placing the order via my phone while in the store was knowledgeable, personable, professional and very much appreciated. Additionally, the food was prepared quickly and the quality and taste met or exceeded expectations.

Customer was great the food no good. Order 2 order of 3 piece tenders the fries felt like I was chewing on rubber and the tenders don't even have chicken really in them it's was mostly battered, not worth the price you're paying for food never will go there

The worker Angelique in the drive thru has the worst customer service ever she was extremely rude when I called to let them know about the missing fries for one of the combos they forgot to put in my order she said she has to check the store cameras as if I was lying about missing fries so she did call me back and let me know about the fries that they forgot to put and not even 1 simple apologies she was extremely rude I will never come back here again !
