Been a fan for years of this brand. But lately, it’s a different taste forbcheddar and BBQ. A bitter after taste, less cheesy. Potato itself was also in a different texture, kinda harder and need to make some effort eating it. Well, either they changed the supplier or they changed the ingredients/seasoning mix.
Is it just me or did the barbecue flavor changed? I absolutely love their fries and been a barbecue fan for years. During a month ago or two, they ran out of the barbecue flavor. Then it came back but now it's taste more like barbece sauce, and doesn't taste like their signature barbecue 😔.

They also don't have the buzzer to know when your order is ready so you would have to stand at the booth the whole time which also make the place more crowded.
Hope they can make improvements.
