Good burger awful Mac and cheese

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit to your restaurant on Tuesday, March 25. My party of 10 and I experienced multiple issues that made our dining experience unpleasant.

Upon arrival, we were informed that our wait would be approximately 10 minutes. However, we ended up waiting for at least 30 minutes without any updates. We had to ask multiple times whether our table was ready, and no one took the initiative to inform us of any delays.

When we were finally seated, the service was not much better. Our server, Zack, was rude and disorganized. I asked how I could view the promotions on the tablet at our table, and instead of providing a clear answer, Zack simply said, "You press this and go here." That wasn't what I asked, and it felt dismissive. When I attempted to explain that I wanted to see the promotions being offered, Zack responded by stating that I would need to order drinks through him. This did not address my concern.

Furthermore, when Zack took our orders, he bypassed me and my child, taking orders from everyone else first. Our order was taken last, and when I requested that our fries be brought out separately to enjoy while we waited for the rest of the food, they never arrived. By the time the food did arrive, other guests at our table had already been served, and my minor's drink only arrived after I had to bring it up to him.

I also spoke to the manager about the situation, and she was able to get our food, but the experience was still disappointing. My minor’s food was served cold, and they didn’t eat it. The food was carelessly plated, with the salad thrown onto the plate with the strips. I also ordered my burger well-done, but it came out pink. I had to wait even longer for it to be corrected. The server commented that the kitchen had been messing up all night, which, as a guest, was not something I wanted to hear. I was also told that the orders are taken in the order they are received, but with a large party, there should be two servers to ensure everyone is served promptly and not left waiting as I was.

While my burger was comped for $10, the overall service was poor, and I did not get to enjoy my meal like the rest of my party did. I am very disappointed by the experience and hope this feedback will help improve service for future guests.

Went for my husband's birthday dinner it went fabulous the w had never been there before he said after that was the biggest be est Bleu burger ever and the endless fries topped it off and couldn't beat the price he got his burger comped as it was his birthday burger for those of you not aware red Robin gives u any burger you choose free during the month of your burger just sign up on their app as for my. Urger I had a gift card with enough on it that red Robin gave me months prior due to a screw up back in Arizona but the mgr had sent me a virtual card months before I saved it for Ron's bday so I the bill for this birthday was the goat of 2 sodas and a tip for the waiter total of 7.45 to or the drinks and 10 to or the waiter tipping him 22 percent of the whole bill so along with Ron's free burger my gift card for 20 bucks we had a night out for his birthday for less than I could made two tv dinners thank you red Robin for being their for Ron's day and night out we appreciate everything you did to make his night incredible we see u ass gain in July for my birthday hands down best birthday in awhile cheers July 4 we be back thanks again

One of the best Red Robin locations my family and I have ever eaten at. Food, service, & drinks were great!

I went here multiple times over the years and it's always been a great experience.
The selection of different burgers is nice and has their own unique twist on it.
They also have a decent selection of Red Robin specific lemonades, shakes, and more.
The hosts often times are quite friendly, professional, and accurate with orders.

I recommend the Scorpion burger as that is one of my favorites.
They do have some new and sometimes limited time meals and drinks, so there's always a reason to go back.

Although for the majority of the time the service, food, and workers been great, there were a few times when it was less than optimal, but considering how often I been there. A mistake is bound to happen after going there for many years.

The burgers are awesome... food in general it's very good.
The only thing Is that when I order something bottomless. They never come with the refill.

not a good experience/the restaurant was closing and my food was below standard of what was being offered on the menu/my burger did not have tomatoes/onions/mayo/and I asked for extra pickles which I paid for and did not get/ordered large fries and they did not fill the top of the container/I have already contacted the corporate office

I recently had made a pick up order online for my partner and myself. Unfortunately for us, we hit a ton of traffic and we were going to arrive long after the pickup time. We called to let them know that we were still on our way so they wouldn't throw away our food. They were kind enough to offer to remake it for us upon arrival so we could still enjoy it warm! Super friendly on the phone and in-person. In MOD was super friendly and assured us it was no trouble to remake our food and even got us lemonade while we waited! Great service and fantastic food!

We returned for dinner this week and had a great experience! The food was made to perfection and our server Amelia was awesome! Kept our fries coming! Great dinner experience!

So it's a mixed review for me. I haven't been here in over 10 years. We were greeted by an amazing hostess she must have been a manager she was so friendly and professional. We had no wait and were seated immediately. They have the bottomless fries which is great! Just order a refill of fries as soon as you start getting low. We tried the sweet potato and garlic fries. They are delicious!! We ordered the blue cheese burger and the BBQ River burger. The problem was when we got them the blue cheese burger had no blue cheese and the bbq burger had no bbq sauce!(before and after pics included) It was immediately remedied when we showed the waitress. She was decent but you can tell she was tired and was the only one in our section with a lot of tables to wait on. Other than that it was really good food! Clean atmosphere and mall parking out front.

Let me start by saying that right off the bat coming into the resturant the host completly ignored me and my family. I asked to be put on the waiting list and she completly turned around and started to talk to the other host about something else. I waited for them to finish which took atleast 10 mins. By the time i had to interfere and ask again to be put on the list. She put me on but by that time the other host that had interacted with me first not only was being completly rude but rolled her eyes and me and my brother. I waited outside for about 5 mins before i received the message to be let in to the table. I asked politely to be seated by another host wanted to avoid having more interacting with this person. Right afterwards when getting seated we got seated right by the pick up station and we were being complely. I tried to ask for napkins and even being seated next to the pick order section i was completly ignored. Now it isnt the first time i go to this establishment but it is the first time i get such horrible attitude and service starting from the host to the ppl taking and giving our order. The waitress we got was nice enough to take our order but in previous times that i have gone with my family the waiters and staff have always come up to us asked if we need a refill. I dont recommend going to eat in this establishment. I asked to receive the name of the host that gave me a bad service but the waitress denied to give me the name and the host as well didnt have a name tag on her. I also saw them laughing at me and pointing at my family and myself. All in all horrible service.

Edit : Feb 27.2025 came back today and I can't believe how amazing the customer service was. Big change from the last time I was here. Amazing job the host took my order and even repeated to me back to make sure nothing was missing. Complete 180 from the last time I was here. Just wanted to let everyone know that isiz is someone that knows customer service. I appreciate her attention to detail even put in some ranch with out me asking . Thank you Isiz. Did try to take the survey but it redirect to a 404 error page.

I showed up by myself on a Friday night. I waited about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come over so I could order. No one came over so I left. Wouldn’t know what the food tasted like. It wasn’t that busy. I watched three different servers walk by multiple times. I generally don’t complain and don’t do this, but when it’s not that busy and I feel like I’m not wanted, I just walked out. Probably should have gone with some people.
