Great service always! they are very attentive even when calling in an order, they answer all questions and take note to any special request. Nothing has changed her in all the years they have been in business. I will continue to come here for the best chicken in the city!! Highly recommend this location!

The service is cold no true customer service just hurry up and pay. I need to find a new Mandarin place because their prices have gotten too high and the salt and pepper chicken isn't good anymore, it's just okay.

I love this spot. Everything is good. Service is fast and flavors are consistent. The facility is a little outdated but that is what I like. They put the focus on the food. One of my favorite places in SD. This is a must try. I would recommend the salt and pepper wings and the sze-shuan spicy chicken and the Mongolian beef. We have yet to have a bad dish here though!

Ordered the 12-piece Salt & Pepper Wings yesterday — unfortunately, they had absolutely no seasoning at all. Just a heads-up: if you’re doing takeout, check your food before leaving!

My husband and I came here for the first time tonight and it was absolutely amazing!! The service was incredible it felt like we got our food out to us less than 10 minutes after ordering, the portion sizes felt fitting for the price we paid. We will definitely be coming back and will be bringing family and friends here! I’d definitely recommend coming here

Have been going to Royal Mandarin for years—all the way from north county. And you don’t go to Royal Mandarin for the ambience nor the service; you go there for the food! Excellent salt and pepper chicken, calamari, shrimp and fish.

The salted pepper wings are dynamite flavoring and both either white rice or brown is good.service is good,love that they speak great spanish and great fast service,highly recomend to order on phone to pick up,cause since the food is good its always busy.
