I'm only giving 4 stars because of the toast and café con leche. Toast hit the spot and was delicious. Right amount of butter and toasted perfectly. I asked for my café con leche to be not too light or dark and with only the sugar from the coffee - they nailed it! Eggs were eggs. I was disappointed with the chicken croquetas & I LOVE chicken croquetas from Versailles. Not sure if it was because I didn't order them at the café window - ventanita. I know crazy. But as I mentioned, I LOVE the chicken croquetas from here and this time it was not what I am used to. Fries were a little soggy but okay.

This is the best Mexican dive eatery ever, my favorite dish is the shrimp burrito, so buttery and delectable! My favorite dive used to be Bahia in Point Loma, but they shut down years ago, thankfully I found this place. My niece loves the carne asada fries, my dad loved super spicy, so his favorite were the endiablado shrimp (too hot for me, almost had me in tears)! The portions are large, the food is very tasty and made pretty fast. The place is clean. There's parking and they accept credit cards (small fee for credit cards), this place is worth it!

The girl working on the phone on Saturday nights for the closing shift wouldn’t answer the phone and kept picking up and hanging up or pretending they couldn’t hear me even though I called on three different phones. I called earlier and they said they closed at 11 even though their website said midnight and it was 10:25 when they finally picked up and heard me when I said I’d like to place an order but by that time they said they stop taking orders at 10:30. I called for at least 15 minutes and they kept picking up and hanging up on me, they purposely waited till it was close to 10:25 to answer just to say they weren’t taking orders anymore.

Tried calling five times and each time they picked up and said the same thing over and over saying oh we can't hear you and five of us called off different phone numbers. It took us from 10:10pm-10:28pm and it was two girls answering and they said the closed the kitchen and are closing already and they closed at 11pm when the web says 12pm and we called another location and they closed the kitchen at 11:40pm. Terrible service and they were very rude over the phone when we explained how we tried calling off different phones and were told the same thing every time. They were later smoking weed outside their vehicle because we went to a store across the street before going home down the street.

Had beef soup was delicious abd fresh plently of tortillas served with rice. Cashier was so helpful and very profecional, needed cilantro the cooks where quick to help me we need nor like them.
The food was super delicious, but the cashier wasn't pleasant at all to make matters worse, my boyfriend ordered a chicken quesadilla and wanted to add steak for an extra charge the lady told him flat out no. He can only have chicken or steak. If she is working I do not want to go back

Very clean establishment. Salsa is spicy good if you want it to be. Pancho's also has an extremely delicious mild salsa. Enormous portions, did I say enormous I mean it; bring your appetite. I cannot even finish a bean and cheese burrito and a quesadilla (I'm trying to be a vegetarian, do not judge :P).
