Shake Shack Westfield Plaza Bonita

By far best tasting burger in town. Although I don’t like going to the mall, I will only go to get a Shake Shack hamburger.

Service was great. Food was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and couldn’t even eat it. It was very greasy and made my stomach hurt.

Burger was just ok and the fries came out cold. Service was not the best considering how much you pay for a full meal you’d expect a little more.

Not good taste and very expensive for that a little meal.

Ordered on DoorDash and they forgot my lemonade. Also I substituted my bread for lettuce and received lettuce that was spoiled, soggy, and black. As well as a burger patty with holes.

I really liked Noly, the cashier that helped take my order on 2/9/25. He was incredibly sweet, kind and helpful. He gave wonderful descriptions when I asked about different items on the menu. And he has a very friendly smile which was welcoming and warming

Every visit with any Shake Shack location I have been to, their customer service is AMAZING. The cashiers are always so friendly, and helpful. They always take my order with a positive, warm attitude. My most recent cashier was Alana, she made my experience a 10/10, just as all the other times! The food sucks, I got the burgers and they were all dry. It was my family and my first time at shake shack and it did not meet our expectations.

I've been a lifetime hater of Shake Shack fries, but this place somehow serves fries that actually have a tasty crispy texture. Good job!

Quinn was super nice! We talked about how tragic it was that the dairy-free shake was gone (please bring it back!), she was really nice about my gluten sensitivity, and she recommended the sunset lemonade. The lemonade is good! And the burger is great! It’s definitely one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had! :)

The food is not good enough, we order 3 different types of burgers, fries, and drinks. More than $65.00 dollars for that price, you should expect to be better, and the quality of the food is awful!
Plus! The lady that took our order she has a really bad attitude! She barely wants to speak to us. We ask for what kind of drink they have, and she just rolled her eyes to me!
