Honestly, the one in Mission Valley is so much better. The meat here was dry and hard to chew and fries were cold. So disappointed because I really love Shake shack and I was excited because I thought I wouldn’t have to drive as far.

Service was great. Food was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and couldn’t even eat it. It was very greasy and made my stomach hurt.
Burger was just ok and the fries came out cold. Service was not the best considering how much you pay for a full meal you’d expect a little more.
Not good taste and very expensive for that a little meal.
Ordered on DoorDash and they forgot my lemonade. Also I substituted my bread for lettuce and received lettuce that was spoiled, soggy, and black. As well as a burger patty with holes.

I really liked Noly, the cashier that helped take my order on 2/9/25. He was incredibly sweet, kind and helpful. He gave wonderful descriptions when I asked about different items on the menu. And he has a very friendly smile which was welcoming and warming
Every visit with any Shake Shack location I have been to, their customer service is AMAZING. The cashiers are always so friendly, and helpful. They always take my order with a positive, warm attitude. My most recent cashier was Alana, she made my experience a 10/10, just as all the other times! I made an order on uber eats for the shake shake and the burger they display is nothing like what we got VERY DISAPPOINTED
The food sucks, I got the burgers and they were all dry. It was my family and my first time at shake shack and it did not meet our expectations.
