Ok Vietnamese iced coffee but was very concerning that they charge $2 dollars for a cup of water .
I'm not happy today that they threw my order in the trash. Didn't make us drinks, skipped twice on us. Had to waited for 30 mins. This is not acceptable. I dont mind waiting however, made drinks for others while our order in the trash.
It's hot inside, the drinks often come warm with little ice, and the three times I've tried, the boba has been over or undercooked. The flavor of the pudding is off a little, and there's not enough seating for the amount of space inside. Bathroom, no wifi, and it gets really hot and stuffy inside.
If you like your drinks without toppings to put in the fridge/freezer for later, you might like to go drinks from here but other branches are superior
Great service!! the thai milk tea they made was amazing !
Hasn't improve since the last time we've been here and it even got worse.
1. The drinks really needs to be improve
2. Customer Service - the workers needs to pay more attention to their customers and try not to make them wait for so long in getting their orders, especially if the place is empty/not busy, same in serving their drinks
3. Cleanliness needs improvement
The ambience of the shop was unique, with a cozy, dimly lit atmosphere—though it did feel a bit warm inside. I tried the taro ice blended with pudding and a lime mojito. The taro drink had a smooth texture, but the flavor was quite subtle and leaned on the watery side. The lime mojito was vibrant but sweeter than expected; in hindsight, I should have asked for no added sugar. That said, I typically don’t associate mojitos with such a sugary profile. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which I appreciated.
Is this place even open? Tv don’t work, sign don’t work, ac don’t work, dark, gloomy bad energy for a shared tea.
Boba is so GOOD!!
Missed share tea when it was in convoy. I was happy to find out. They had one national city, one of my favorite places to get bubble tea. when I went there was only one person working. The lights were off. Pretty sure he was bored or hot or they’re trying to conserve energy. But it didn’t stop him from making the drink delicious. Cool place to chill in national city if you want some milk tea.
The environment is great, the workers are nice, and they made my drink well. Awesome service!

Taro and Thai tea were super good. Very creamy and sweet so just a warning. Boba is very soft and chewy so if you like that, great. Not a whole lot of seating so be mindful in bigger groups.
Right across from Boba Bar and Desserts so same rules apply when it's closer to closing time. Night security will kick you out if you're hanging out by your car in the parking lot. So just chill on the sidewalk right outside the store.

Postive experience and exceptional customer service skills! There was only one employee working at the time I arrived and I just want to highlight what an exceptional employee he is. This worker was very positive all while multitaneosly taking orders, making drinks, and facilitating a positive customer experience despite working in the heat (it was 100 degrees outside with no AC inside the business). It's really rare to see hardworking individuals with a positive can do attitude like him and having the right set of employees can either break or make a company thrive. So thank you Thomas, awesome job! Keep it up and will be coming back!
