Pay attention to the orders that are place with the mobile app. Both burgers where had what we had asked to not put on. Condiments, if they come with the order then put them in the bag or check the bag to see if they were added. We should not have to ask for condiments specially if it is a mobile app order, it on there. Getting home opening the bag and no condiments specially for the pretzels is just wrong. Specially when it is not busy and when it is just 2 burgers and 2 pretzels. How hard is it to make the order correct.

The cups for the slurries have been changed. The cups were an important part of the experience with the route 44 they keep the icy dessert from melting fast which allowed me to enjoy it longer.

I did an online order and picked up the food was prepared good but they added things to it that I request not to have on it the drink was really good we had the limeade slush and we had the onion rings which were really good on our burger we were asked for no ketchup but it was ketchup on it so we called them up and told them about the issue we had with the burger Marcos did not hesitate to refix the order. Good job Marcos and his team for a good lunch👍👍👍👍

Horrible customer service, asked for a number 3 with just mayo, cheese and bacon. As you can see I didn’t get neither. Paid $38 just so both my orders can be wrong. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. Save your money and time
I ordered two drinks waited over 20 minutes to get them and they switched the sizes and messed both drinks up. Highly don’t recommend this sonic legit go a gas station for a better drink/ food

I don't know how this happened but my friend, girlfriend and I went through the drive thru and some how managed to get stuck waiting for about 2 hours. We showed up at about 9 and left at 11 30. We could go forward cause cars were infront of us and there were cars behind us, so we sort of had to commit. Not to mention the food was not worth that wait. Definitely not going back haha what a bummer

I have was late I need a hot dog they were closed for the night and the head turning cuties that were working looked out specialty the sexy one with the ponytail he gave me a hot dog and his corn dog thanks poppi ? you all are so as sweet as can be smoochez

The cheesy bacon sonic stack was probably the most horrible fast food I have ever had. It is Texas toast size bread, but no toasting. I asked for extra pickles and there were just a few, extra $0.49 for what 1 more pickle chip?? The bread was just dry, very little ketchup, a very small meat patty, a few diced onions, and a few bacon bits (The picture showed bacon/burger sticking out of the bread. 25% of the bites were just plain dry bread.?? Should just be sold as a high carb option. It was littoral a hotdogs down a hallway as there was 10x more bread than meat/toppings.
I asked for light ice as the Styrofoam cup will keep the dink cold for how long I'll have it, still had the cup half full of ice. I'd bet the ice costs more than the soft drink....??
My sons chicken sandwich had 4 pickle chips also when ordered and paid for extra pickles. Just pathetic
Do they take off $$ for no lettuce? Nope, another Chic place does that is more expensive but you get what you pay for.
We ordered 1 fry and 1 tot, they gave us 2 tots. Luckily I checked the bag and had it corrected. The receipt does say both tots, but I ordered fries for my son.
No other cars ahead or behind me, and it took quite a bit for our food. They could have given us our drinks while we waited rather than handing both drinks and a bag of food all together. ??♂️
For $27+ of food for 2 people, it should be decent.
Most other fast food wouldn't charge $0.49 for extra pickles, so you got an extra $1+ out of me for nothing... ??♂️??♂️
Good thing there are many other fast food options.
