Pay attention to the orders that are place with the mobile app. Both burgers where had what we had asked to not put on. Condiments, if they come with the order then put them in the bag or check the bag to see if they were added. We should not have to ask for condiments specially if it is a mobile app order, it on there. Getting home opening the bag and no condiments specially for the pretzels is just wrong. Specially when it is not busy and when it is just 2 burgers and 2 pretzels....

The cups for the slurries have been changed. The cups were an important part of the experience with the route 44 they keep the icy dessert from melting fast which allowed me to enjoy it longer.

I did an online order and picked up the food was prepared good but they added things to it that I request not to have on it the drink was really good we had the limeade slush and we had the onion rings which were really good on our burger we were asked for no ketchup but it was ketchup on it so we called them up and told them about the issue we had with the burger Marcos did not hesitate to refix the order. Good job Marcos and his team for a good lunch👍👍👍👍
