Every time I come here to get cupcakes the machine acts very wonky. I even resorted to asking strangers for help. I went back four different times to make sure it wasn't user error but the machine never worked.

If you're looking for a sweet cupcake this is it. The quality is clearly good but the cupcakes are just too sweet for me. I picked the banana and for some reason I was hoping for more of a banana cream pie experience but it was more like banana bread which although good (I love banana bread), it wasn't what I was expecting. The strawberry had good quality bread, but the frosting was so sweet that I had to throw all the frosting away. Imagine the inside of an Oreo cookie turned into thick frosting, not my kind of thing, but again, some people like super sweet stuff, if you do then this is for you.

Don’t purchase from there vending machines unless you want empty boxes. Me and my friend were at the plaza bonita mall we used the sprinkles cupcake vending machine and only received 1 of the 4 cupcake we ordered. One was an empty box and the 4th charged us but didn’t dispense anything. Very disappointed. We contacted corporate 2 times with no response. Now we’re out $18 and for them not to respond to the emails shows how much they really care.

The sprinkles ATM is awesome! I like going to the ATM rather than driving to Santa Monica to use the sprinkles ATM! The red velvet cupcake is my favorite and it's only $2.76 I Usually get four cupcakes every time I visit plaza Bonita and sneak food into the movie theater
