Friendly staff, good indoor seating, WiFi and outlets for charging. 5 ⭐️
Update 3/27/25: Been coming here for over a year and a half now and is my favorite Starbucks to go to due to being the closest to my work. Unfortunately yesterday a very kind older gentleman asked me if I can get him a coffee which I happily accepted. After putting our order in one of the workers (which was my first time seeing him work here) asked the gentleman what he was doing inside which the gentleman replied with while pointing to me, “he’s ordering me a coffee.” He then looks at me to which I reply, yes we already ordered our drinks. After our drinks come out, we both sit down and enjoy our drinks and I begin working on my laptop as I always do when I’m here. As the gentleman and I were literally quietly sitting enjoying our drinks and not bothering a single soul, the same worker comes up to me and asks if we are together to which I replied yes, we came in here together. He then goes on an unnecessary rant about how their policy has changed where people cannot buy other people drinks especially (his words) “beggars.” I told him we came in together and it’s no different if I were to come here with a family member or a friend and buy their drinks. He finally left us alone but the whole interaction and questioning in the first place was very irritating and unprofessional.
I will continue to support and come to this location because I will not discredit the whole establishment due to a single persons actions and I have mentioned in my original review, the rest of the staff is very friendly. New review: 3 ⭐️

I've been here a few times and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately my last experience was not a good one. I walked in and saw a homeless gentleman at the counter and asked the cashier if he ordered something and she said no but we usually give him something. So I proceeded to ask him what he would like. Cashier didn't say this but she looked very uneasy that I was ordering him something. So I'm sitting in the lobby with my grandson and the homeless guy was sitting quietly eating his 2 pumpkin loafs and drinking his coffee. One of the supervisors walked over to him and asked him to go outside. So he packed up and went outside. I asked the lady if the guy is a problem and she said no but customers have complained complained. I said about what? If you say he's not disruptive then why did you ask him to leave. She said because her boss was there and she asked her to ask him to go outside. I told her I understand homeless situations but this is ridicules. I'm a paying customer and paid for his food so he should have been able to stay right where he was at. Let me say this so the people in the back can hear me - he was not disruptive in anyway while sitting in the lobby. I am very disappointed in what I saw. No more Starbucks for me!!! Such disrespect!
Friendly employee told me that Starbucks’s new policy is they no longer give free water unless you buy something, also you can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something. Not the employees fault but at another Starbucks location (where I work) they do give out free water. This specific location just isn’t great, what if I would’ve bought something after I used the bathroom or in the future? Which I have because I have bought from Starbucks before, might not buy there again.

usually this is my go to location when i even want to get starbucks, but now i dont know if ill come here anymore. we pulled up to the drive through to order a peppermint mocha, and the girl on the speaker said they are out if peppermint. fine, whatever. im not mad about it. what im upset about is the employee compitence. i decided to just go with a vanilla créme, so we tried ordering that, and the girl didnt seem to know what it was, even after repeating "vanilla créme" multiple times, and correcting her multiple times. since she seemed confused, i then proceeded to elaborate to her that the vanilla créme was in the steamers section of the menu. she was still confused as i kept trying to tell her what i was trying to order, and at one point, she just went silent, leaving us confused and unknowing of what to do at this point. we were frustrated after going at this for like 3 minutes and ultimately decided to leave the drive thru. i dont even usually write reviews, even if its a long wait or the food wasnt up to par, but this was just really irritating. i explained to her probably about 10 times what i was ordering, loudly and as clearly as i could, and she stood there dumbfounded and in silence as we were also confused. please train your employees to know what drinks are on the menu, or at least teach them the sections of the menu there are. thank you.

Parking is extremely limited. Drive-thru is better choice
Wheelchair accessibility: Not worth the effort in a wheelchair. Go to another place

Normal Starbucks, friendly staff and have always gotten my order correct. Drive thru and right off the main road. Not that busy at 07 on a weekday.

This is the 5th and most likely last time I will order here. Compared to other Starbucks, this place is very very slow to serve its customers. There looks to be no sense of urgency or efficiency with rhe employees working. Today I waited 29min just to get one drink. Previous visit took at least 15-20 min to get one drink. I dont know whats wrong with this specific Starbucks. I buy Starbucks almost twice a day from different stores due to traveling. This is the worst by far.
