I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks in which I get my coffee from every single day . The barista at the drive -thru window , Yvonne , was rude when I just had a question regarding my order . She spoke to me in a very condescending way, which was very upsetting . Her customer service experience is not there at all ! The attitude I received was uncalled for . I hope management can address this so future customers and myself don’t have this experience again since I do go here everyday .

What I ordered wasn't what I expected! Burned, dark brown ham&cheese croissant and they said they ran out of dolce syrup ( SURE) for my latte. So, they gave me a mocha frapp that tasted like dirt and Grosse. She said, they gaved you a large yea funny how she charged me already for a large not a tall. I was not rude I was very kind. Disgusting kids

uriel the drive through employee is super sweet and nice, makes conversation with you and makes sure you get everything you need! definitely needs a raise. starbucks needs more employees like him for sure 👌🏼

It took a little longer than expected to make 4 drinks: 1 dark coffee and 3 Frappuccinos. The drinks were delicious though. I would like to highlight the black coffee. It was hot, fresh and tasty. Even after two hours, it still had a rich and savory taste.

I frequently go here and had no trouble not until, but this guy in the morning pissed me off for saying that I should be ask next time to get a paper bag. I asked for that paper bag and I know he heard me, bro you are not paying attention I know you have a ongoing call but man atleast give me a sign and don't say to me that I should wait, I do work in the same industry so you should paying attention and not be a sleep head. I was so pissed. Then if you are not ready to work then just go home, you are dragging your good co-workers. You are three in there and yet you are not paying attention in your environment it was not a busy day. Wake up.
