I'm practically a regular now, but for a few weeks there's been a fruitfly infestation. Please do something! I hesitate coming now despite how convenient it is for me. Love the drinks and service, keep it up. But dang I'm just swatting and killing fruitflies while I work.

Guys this Starbucks is so bad please stop coming here. There was a long line to purchase coffee and my elderly mother needed to used the restroom, they denied her from using it before I purchased something and I explained the lady that I was in line to purchase our daily coffee to please let her use the restroom and she responded I don’t care if the line is long she needs to wait.
This is so un human my mother is old already she can’t hold it that long anymore. Please stop coming here.

They keep forgetting to add sweetener to my drink and the last time one of the barista acted like I was accusing her and that was the last straw for me. Quitting Starbucks and making my own drink. Saving money, less stress! Good bye Starbucks!

This Starbucks sits at a high-traffic point along Plaza in National City next to the 805. As always, the staff are courteous and friendly, and the location is organized and clean.

I stopped for a moment to rest while working on my next thriller novel and was lucky to get a table. Every seat was full. This location has a drive-through, and there’s almost always someone in line. They’ve got a solid crew, and they move fast.

Parking is decent, though you can’t always get a spot right up front. That’s not a problem for me, but it’s worth noting.

Stayed the night nearby so unfortunately this was the closest Starbucks to us. The two times that we stopped for coffee, the staff was very rude, disrespectful, disorganized and always got our order wrong. Hands down one of the worst Starbucks we’ve ever gone to.

This Starbucks is not only 24 hours but very close to home, lucky me. I avoid it during busy times, just since the wait can be annoying & block traffic sometimes. But this location always serves my drinks fresh, hot or cold, & never messes up my orders. Staff is super catering and nice as well. The staff near my old house by Euclid & market doesn’t compare. The employees here always put a smile on my face. They deserve their tips.

I really enjoy coming here after or before my clinic appointments at Kaiser which is close by. This Starbucks is cozy, and not too busy for its location... everyone is friendly and service is great, however, I wish they would keep the bathroom cleaner.

Went through the drive thru between 3-4pm to order a drink. I miss heard the woman on the speaker and I thought she wanted me to order. her voice became hostile and she started getting rude with me. I’ve never received such rude customer service before. It’s retail??? If you can’t handle a customer mishearing you over the speaker then you obviously need to work elsewhere.

The drink was ok except, I wasn't even given a full scoop of dragon fruit. We didn't want to make a fuss about it. So we just left. While waiting for the order, I had to use the restroom(which wasn't clean). My Fiance didn't hear them call my name. So the drink was just sitting off to the side, until I came out the restroom and checked.

I used to always go but now their drinks are milked down! Whoever they hired needs training
