I'm pretty disappointed.I normally don't write reviews, but this can't go unsaid. Well, I ordered my usual venti hot coffee and found out a bit later, miles away and not even halfway through my coffee, I started tasting grounds in my cup. I understand that it happens, and some do find their way in, OK, no problem. But this was like the bottom of the Carafe type coffee, and there's no way they did not notice this mistake. And for the longer than usual wait, I would figure that they were making a new pot. Sadly, it's not the situation.There are a few mishaps from this location, but it's not all bad, but this takes the cake.I come here really for convenience. Coffee is ok at best. But, it's not worth the wait.

I come to this location every Sunday before I head to Pepper Park for my morning walk. They are always friendly and the quality of the coffee and pastries are always fresh. I highly recommend this location.

No bathroom for customers = automatic 1 star. At coffee places- bc coffee makes me pee- not only do you get 1 star, you get a disgusted customer that will never return bc W T F. Thanks!Edit: Decided to give them another chance and, at 13:56 on a Monday, they are CLOSED. REALLY??????????

This location is always busy drive through and inside, staff hardly smile and no greetings, always has homeless inside the restrooms.Parking: Difficult to find parking due to the long line in the drive through

worst service worst place to go get coffee I went once it was horrible and they are rude I gave it another chance rude again and waited over 20 mins each time for coffee dont waste ur time cus u will spend 20-30 mins here waiting for one coffee

Probably one of the worst experiences as a Starbucks customer. To the girl on 11/13, taking my order through the drive-thru at 8:24pm, you should reconsider working in customer service. The ability to make a customer feel uncomfortable and disrespected because you didn't do your job is absurd.I arrived at the drive thru to have my order taken, I provided my order with a long silence, nothing on the screen for me to review or having my order repeated back (typically something you'd expect to ensure they aren't getting your order wrong). So, I proceed to the window, which was my mistake, I should have done her job and reiterated to ensure my order was correct. I come to the window and asked the women if she was able to repeat back the order. I clarified the drink was half the pumps (instead of 6 I ordered 3 pumps), she turns to look at me and says "Well, you said 2." Proceeds to get on her headset to speak to the barista, as the window closes and I can clearly see her through the window and hear bits and pieces of myself being "wrong." She comes back a couple minutes later looks at my and hands me my drink huffing with a bad attitude.I'm not asking you to be overly polite, I'm asking to have some decency as you are interacting with customers.How are you going to be so ignorant to not do your job correctly and then be upset at the customer?

Was at the drive thru and ordered a double chocolate chip Frappuccino and when I got my drink , the first thing I tasted was large amounts of mocha syrup and come to find out there was almost half an inch of mocha syrup at the bottom of my drink, it’s a very simple drink to

I never feel obligated to post reviews about chains because generally, people know to expect wish-washiness from them. HOWEVER, after a dozen times of coming to this location and them never failing to get our order wrong every single time calls for a review & a call for management to either: 1. train better. Or 2. put more care into their products. They skimp big time on their ingredients, be it whipped cream, sauces, or syrups. I order the same two drinks from Starbucks and it always tastes unsweetened at this location only. Cups are filled 3/4 of the way. 60% of the time, they’ll give me a hot latte instead of iced or vice versa… leaving me to have to asked to get it remade. And don’t get me started with staff, they ignore you for the most part and they always look at your funky when you ask to have your drink made right. I promise I wouldn’t ask if the drink was made right the first time, especially at $6 a drink. I always dread coming to this one but the continence of it being by the freeway wins sometimes. But The location off Highland Ave. is significantly better! My favorite location in San Diego. Friendly, Clean, and always gives me the best tasting drinks. Go there instead!

I came into this location for a Venti ice water and a Venti green tea. The cashier was busy providing service to another customer. I made eye contact with one of the employees and she politely asked me how can I help you? I said yes. Can I please have a venti ice water? She said yeah. Sure, I'll go ahead and get that started for you. The cashier whose name is Laura and I found out happens to be a shift leader rudely yelled interrupting her saying no they got to stand in line like everybody else. It was extremely rude and I felt so embarrassed that I did not have a desire to order my green tea! So I left very frustrated.
