Rude. Tried to use the restroom before I got something and the kid gave me the “bathrooms are for paying customers only” his rude reply made me not want to buy anything. It’s Starbucks I used to work at a Starbucks for 3 years and we always have the code. Makes sense if it’s a homeless man.
Tried the new cherry chai tea. Loved it .

Great location for roaming nomads such as myself. Outlets for charging, plenty of parking, plenty of tables/seating. First time I’ve came here and it was on a Monday late afternoon, noticed a lot of teenagers come in and out, not sure if there’s a school nearby. Other than that, really chill.

“The staff here are very unhappy and lack empathy. Isabel, one of the employees, saw me and when I asked for the restroom code, she insisted that I had to make a purchase first. Despite explaining that it was an urgent situation, she refused to help multiple times. Only after I changed my attitude did she finally give me the code. This was a very disappointing experience in terms of customer service. The staff definitely need better training to be more understanding and welcoming.”

Was at this location for the first time in 5 years. Coffee is just as bad as it was back then, but atleast the staff was friendly. Drive another minute to another starbucks, it will be worth it

The ladies were really rude. I ordered a black tea and water with no ice. I received a water with ice and politely asked if I could get it with no ice and one of the girls straight said “no” sarcastically and gave me a new one with attitude. I laughed awkwardly as I’m not a rude person and then asked about the black tea. They said “what tea” and asked their coworker about my order and said they lost the ticket. I was the only one in the store and no one was in their drive thru. These ladies were clearly mid to late 20s, so I’m not sure why it was so disorganized and clearly lacking customer service. Would not recommend this location.

So this is the fifth time I came in. Same Starbucks cuz it's close to where I'm at. Pretty much all the employees. They have attitude problem you asking for something and they treat you like they know you with disrespect. No customer service at all. You asked for light ice and they give you less juice. + You asked for the combination and they pretend they don't know it until you keep asking for one they give you give you the wrong one for the restroom so whoever is in charge and managing this one. Please tell him the customer need to be help right? I have another choice to go into another coffee place like better buz The employees over there they have better attitude. Way more polite to Starbucks. Please do something about your employees

Jeremy is the worst worker there. He has a bad attitude and it's so rude. Don't know how to talk to costumers. I really don't like to leave complaints due to I work and manage a restaurant. But for me to come in and get my coffee to start my day and have a nice day. He ruined my day. Also I don't think it's okay to drop something on the floor and picking it up from the floor w/o washing his hands. Also it doesn't matter if you so busy. Asking a simple question it doesn't give a right to be rude to answer.

I've been there a couple of times and they usually don't have one thing or another.
Today I went, ordered 1 drink and a slice of banana nut bread. I was about to pay but before I could insert my credit card, I was asked if I wanted to tip. I had been waiting in the drive thru for about 10 min, had not even received my items, why would I tip at that point if I had not even tasted the drink??
I chose the option NO TIP and then she handed me the slice of bread and told me my drink would be ready in just a sec. She closed the window and I waited about 2 more min for my order.
I don't like how these places ask for tips when they really haven't done much but what they're already getting paid to do!
If I would have tipped, she would have done the same thing, told me to wait, so what's the tip for??

Coffee was great to my surprise because the children that work there were so rude. Look like they were having a party. Can hear them talking about the customers in a not so nice way. Whoever trained them did an awful job
