This place blows, don't go here, very bad customer experience, if you don't like your job get a better one, don't make everyone else hate the franchise bc of your poor decision finish college and get a job you like and enjoy

Went in on 8/29/25 and customer service was really bad and on top of that the lettuce wasn’t even fresh it was all brown and when I asked if she had fresh lettuce, with an attitude said no it’s what we have, and today 9/5/25, went again and asked for my bread to be toasted but instead got so over toasted our breads were beyond hard, by a simple tap you could’ve hear the bang of how hard it was. I will have to not got to this location again and will have to drive further since the other one I use to go recently closed. This location must do better.

Waited almost 30 min for Jimmy to make my Sub. Left us just standing there while he made mobile orders. Told us to wait 5 min and took almost 20.

Worst subway I have ever been to. The girl wouldn’t let me choose my bread or my toppings. I put in the instructions on the app that I would be walking in to add my toppings. I walked in and paid for my order through the app and showed the girl and she verified she received my order. She proceeds to choose my bread and toppings for me without ever asking me what I want and then when I asked for some of the free toppings she said I wasn’t allowed to get certain free toppings without paying extra. We argued back and forth because she doesn’t understand English and that spinach’s green peppers and basic toppings are free of charge. I asked to speak with a manager and she lied saying there was none yet called the manager on her phone who told her to make the sub the way I wanted. She gave the customer behind me service and allowed him to get whatever toppings he wanted and stopped making my order… and rang him up even though I was there first. So I wasted 20 minutes waiting for my paid for food because she wouldn’t finish making my sandwhich after I already paid for it because she wouldn’t make the sub with the basic topics that are free I was requesting. Worst subway ever.
Come on Jose wake up, you're moving way too slow. And put a smile on. And even the little girl didn't help speed things up. She cashed for a few minutes then disappeared to the back. Mind you I had my daughter with me that is 4 years old waiting. And when it was almost my turn my daughter had to use the restroom, and they didn't have toilet paper or toilet covers. They had to call the manager to bring some. And Even after making me wait 40 minutes these guys still charge me for two meals instead of trying to make things better. I am extremely disappointed in how this location is being run. You all need to get retrained in customer service or you guys need to polish up your resumes. I'm going to be sending this to corporate.
