Waited almost 30 min for Jimmy to make my Sub. Left us just standing there while he made mobile orders. Told us to wait 5 min and took almost 20.

Worst subway I have ever been to. The girl wouldn’t let me choose my bread or my toppings. I put in the instructions on the app that I would be walking in to add my toppings. I walked in and paid for my order through the app and showed the girl and she verified she received my order. She proceeds to choose my bread and toppings for me without ever asking me what I want and then when I asked for some of the free toppings she said I wasn’t allowed to get certain free toppings without paying extra. We argued back and forth because she doesn’t understand English and that spinach’s green peppers and basic toppings are free of charge. I asked to speak with a manager and she lied saying there was none yet called the manager on her phone who told her to make the sub the way I wanted. She gave the customer behind me service and allowed him to get whatever toppings he wanted and stopped making my order… and rang him up even though I was there first. So I wasted 20 minutes waiting for my paid for food because she wouldn’t finish making my sandwhich after I already paid for it because she wouldn’t make the sub with the basic topics that are free I was requesting. Worst subway ever.
Come on Jose wake up, you're moving way too slow. And put a smile on. And even the little girl didn't help speed things up. She cashed for a few minutes then disappeared to the back. Mind you I had my daughter with me that is 4 years old waiting. And when it was almost my turn my daughter had to use the restroom, and they didn't have toilet paper or toilet covers. They had to call the manager to bring some. And Even after making me wait 40 minutes these guys still charge me for two meals instead of trying to make things better. I am extremely disappointed in how this location is being run. You all need to get retrained in customer service or you guys need to polish up your resumes. I'm going to be sending this to corporate.

Worst service. I had 30 minutes for lunch before going to work, so I stopped for a Subway sandwich. The register shut down, and the cashier (someone with a piercing) was unhelpful. I asked her, “Could you make me one, and once the register is fixed, I’ll pay?” I also offered to pay in cash if that would work since I had to be somewhere. She responded, “That’s not my problem.” Wow! what kind of person in customer service says that?

This place is always clean. I like their subs. Employees always layer the subs very well.
The only bad thing is that there is always only 1 employees available and I admire how patient they are when the place gets busy and they're working alone.
Vegetarian options: You can get veggie subs and they also have veggie patties

I always get a footlong combo. Veggie delight, extra cheese, a bag of chips and a sweet tea. I have never had a bad experience going in to order. They make it right in front of you so you know exactly whats going on your sandwhich and in your body.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie delight sub, very yummy. Just be aware there is meat in the store and close to the veggies if that isnt your style!

They didn’t have any turkey or cheese left and the cookies were hard. No salad either. No sodas too. 22$ spent for garbage :(
Both this location and location on plaza Blvd both don't have meatballs. Joke of a franchise owner for both locations that can't even supply basic ingredients for their store. Avoid this location at all

Food was good but telling me the bathroom is for customers only before I even order is plain rude . Also, I asked for a 6 inch and got a foot long, clearly this worker doesn't speak English very well. Won't be back .

I ordered on the app and it said it would be ready by 9 pm. I get there a little after 9 and the one worker not doing a damn thing but playing on their phone at the cashier. He/she/I don’t know said they had to cancel the order because they were out of cold cuts. So I asked to get something else and was told they were extremely busy. I leave and realize the app still says preparing or whatever. Like why would it not say cancelled on the app? I got back in and ask why and about a refund and was told it wound change in 24 hours. That was Sunday night, it’s Tuesday, no changes, app said order was picked up and I see the charge on my account. ?

They messed up both of our sandwiches, if I’m playing close to 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches I would expect them do get it done right. Highly not recommended at this location.
