I work in the mall and i miss the old employees. The employees now are so slow and one of them always has their butt crack hanging out. The manager is loud and obnoxious and I'm pretty sure she has her daughters working with her and the favoritism is real. Don't come here they have roaches everywhere

Hey SubWay! You don't get to say "No more vegetables"! I know your policies better than the secenta-viejas you have working for you, and you are supposed to let your customers have as many veggies as they want, not have some rude sandwich cashier say "That's all the veggies I can give you". I literally get the same sandwich every time and you had the rudest lady serving me. I work in food service so I know what it means to be nice. If this is because of some stingy owner, I will see you guys in a month or two and if we play the same game, I will easily be in touch with your corporate office. This is why you see your products in supermarkets, and so many of your stores closing. Your time has come, just like your child predator spokesperson. Give me the damn jalapenos.

So my boyfriend just went into Subway and asked for the BLT sandwich of the day. I was on the phone with him to make sure what he ordered and at the end of the order, he checked his receipt because the price was different and he knew that because we always get the sandwich of the day on thursday. So then he got charged with a drink with it but never asked for one and he then asked the girl why he got charged with a drink but then never even gave him a cup. She said that he had to buy one in order to get the sand which of the day, which is false. And then he asked for the cup and was about to get a drink but then asked why he was charged with a drink and never got one and then she said it was optional. Then my boyfriend told me they probably get an audit to make sure customers also get a drink with their meals and then the manager saw the whole thing and apologized but that girl was wrong. Btw the manager was sitting in the tables at the front and saw the whole thing but didn't do a thing until my boyfriend asked if he saw the whole thing. She tried to sneak her way into charging him a drink and never telling him or even giving him the cup. It's not about the drink but the principles. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!

Screw this Subway! I ordered online just because my mom was going to pick up the orders after her class. Well the wrap I wanted came out to $9 and some change, the veggie wrap. The picture online had a veggie pattie in it with all the others, lettuce, tomato, etc. My wrap was nothing but a piece of crap, literally a spinach tortilla, couple pieces of spinach, onions, and tomatoes. Ruined my appetite. Now it's just sitting in my fridge. Debating if I should let it rot or wait till I'm starving to eat it. What a waste of money. I'm sure if I was standing in front of whoever made this crap, they would've made it like as described. Like your job is that hard....
Their sandwich menu options are amazing, I always go to Subway to try something new and the sandwich artists always give me the best recommendations for my hungry palate, definitely one of the best options for eating out of school or work, I like their customer service and their toilets always clean.

Don't come to this location! I saw multiple flies in the cookie container. I wouldn't be surprised if there were also flies flying around the veggies. The ingredients are not fresh (the veggies are usually brown). Some workers are rude and they don't prepare the sandwiches to the best of their ability. I actually wrote a complaint because I was so disgusted by the flies and subway never got back to me. I actually really like subway, but I visit other locations that have better sanitary conditions and customer service, and fresh ingredients.

Was out doing holiday shopping and stopped by Subway for a quick dinner bite. For a busy Saturday night, the line wasn't too bad and subway is as usual, but this review goes out to the wonderful sandwich artist that helped me and my dad. Intera is a joy! She was enthusiastic despite the hectic orders from other customers and maintained a delightful conversation with me while quickly crafting my sandwich to my liking. She went above and beyond to make my sandwich exactly how I would have done myself. Kudos to Intera, definitely made my subway experience a remarkable one, and I look forward to coming to this location more often!

Apparently today's staff claims they don't open till 10am. CHANGE THE TIME AND GET ALL THE STAFF ON THE SAME PAGE. Each staff claim to be open different hours. Which one is it?! Get it together. Oh, and they're sanitation needs to get re checked. Just a heads up. I will not be going back to this location.

My Subway was alright. It caused me $11!! That's why I didn't have enough to get my small cone from Dairy Queen! My bread was a little crusty but everything else was good. I ordered a foot long, chips, and a small soda for $11.
