I really wanted it to be good!! It's clean and the staff is super friendly but we live in San Diego and this missed the mark for good Mexican food. I've lived in San Diego 30 years and I've tried them all including TJ. Coming from east county I know the best taco shops are generally south bay, but the food here just wasn't good. The carrots were awesome though!!
My favorite breakfast burritos can be found here. Simple yet delicious flour tortilla wrapped around eggs cheese hash browns and one of the following three ham sausage or bacon. I always go with the bacon and so do my children we love it and pick it up whenever we have something to do early in the morning and don't have time to eat at home. Their service is always the best and the place is kept very clean. No complaints.
Came in for a carne asada burrito and it was really good except for the guacamole inside it was not my favorite but it wasn't terrible either. Besides that the food portion is decent to the cost ratio. Didn't really spend much on a burrito and a large drink but overall food pricing is a 4 for me since I still have yet to try more options of food. I will be planning to come in for other Mexican famous dishes to see if they can match other Mexican restaurants nearby. Service...
