Just go to el gordo. It’s faster, they’re better, and have better customer service. Tacos were a 6/10 Jamaica is in a fountain and comes out warm

I am giving this place 2 stars bc those cooks 👎🏻First time i go to tacos el gordo on Highland Ave National City, I Order Carne Asada Fries and that plate Easley had a 22 Oz bag of fries and the meat amount was what you get in 2 tacos! And Way too salty !! Wished i would’ve taken my magnifying glass to help me find the meat! Should’ve invited an Army to help eat never ending fries! Don’t recommend this place at all!

Hands down, unequally, my favourite tacos in this god forsaken country and the only reason I ever come to san diego. If i am ever within 4 hours of this hellhole of a city, you better believe I found my way to Tacos El G, superior to Tacos El Gordo for sure.

Ordered two adobada tacos on flour tortillas and got corn instead. Tasty, but not as good as Tacos El Franc, though cheaper. Place looks rough, restrooms full of graffiti. I’d return since it’s close, but not often.

I love trying new places and I KNOW what a tripa taco is supposed to taste like. Tacos G does not disappoint. The tripe is crunchy and juice at the same time. Their carne asada meat is excellent. Customer service is great. One thing tho the red salsa needs flavor. Tacos G keep up the great work and let's gets some flavor in the salsa! Definitely recommend it and I'll be back!
