I have been a loyal customer for this place for so long that I don't even remember since when. Most of the staff already knows me and even prepare my drink before ordering since I always order the same exact item. The other day on my way to work I called to place an order for me and my co-workers over the phone and I was surprised and shocked to hear that they don't take orders over the phone, except for the delivery services such as Door Dash, Uber eats, etc. I got to the store and placed my order on the register and explained one of the employees I was trying to save time and that is the reason I was trying to place an order over the phone and made it a suggestion to be prevented to ownership for consideration. I then left with thewas treated as a complete stranger. Thereafter, another employee even stated that "that it was not the drinks. As I was taking off I noticed I had all drinks wrong. I had to go back and re-ordered them and wait again in a way that now I was running late to work. I then asked for the manager's name and number to call her later on. I was told simply NO. I asked then for a way to contact the manager. Employees refused to provide me with any contact information. Just right before leaving the store, the employee in charge stated "make sure next time you leave plenty of time before you go to work so you won't be late if you stop by our store" . I believe that was rude and totally disrespectful for a long time loyal customer. I don't believe I deserved to be treated like a total stranger. One thing is for sure, they lost my business and a lot more prospective future customers. I will make sure I put a word for them.

Horrible I ordered 2 drinks and I waited at least 20 minutes while people were behind me getting their orders and when I demanded a refund they simply couldn’t do that. Will never go again with this experience.

I got a mango tea it was really good at first as it started to melt I realized that it was way way to sweet.

I ordered a Vietnamese Ice coffee and it's the worst Vietnamese ice coffee I ever had. No hint of coffee at all. All milk sugar and ice (water down). Why call it a Vietnamese coffee such a disgrace to real Vietnamese. What a ripped off.

Great teas with boba and mochas are well made with great portion of the drink. Staff were quick with service and prices were reasonable. Parking is a bit challenging due to crowded with businesses strip mall. Easy access from nearby freeway. Will return when in the area.

Hot day, wife and I wanted something cold, stopped in for boba! I had the Halo-Halo snow bubble and wife had Thai Tea milk. Flavors were very good. Great place!
