Ordered French toast and an omelet with hashbrowns plus cheese.
Poor quality and Way over priced for what was provided. Omelet was really small maybe 1 1/2 egg, The hashbrowns amounted to about 3 bites, they forgot the cheese took it back to add cheese and burned the hashbrowns into crunchy little sticks. Sour dough toast cold and dry. The French toast had less than a table spoon of strawberry topping. The bill was over $50 for a breakfast that was not worth $20. This is the worst breakfast restaurant in San Diego don't waste your time or money.

We go to this restaurant nearly every time we visit family and have a great experience. This time, they were very busy, yet our food still came out cold after waiting quite some time. The wait staff were working hard and seemed a bit short staffed, so we didn't send anything back. We left a bit disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: Their gluten-free pancakes are usually fluffy and delicious. You can add different flavors to them as well.
Kid-friendliness: Nice sized kids menu.

What a disappointment. My border Benedict had charcoal blackened English muffins. I sent it back and requested the chorizo tacos which had only scrambled eggs and no chorizo. For $75 for 3 people I expected more.
Even though it wasn’t the waiter’s error he showed very little concern.

Roslyn/ Araceli or however you spell her name is extremely rude. Lacks all aspects of customer service. Has a short attitude and doesn’t know proper hosting etiquette. Told her it was for 2 1/2 so she saw two adults and a baby in my arms. She sat at a table where I already know you can’t put a highchair for safety hazards so I go back up to her and I repeated her that it was 2 1/2 and she replied very rudely. You’d think that as a hostess, you would ask if I needed a highchair or a booster but she just sat us at a very inconvenient table without offering either. It’s the tone and the way that she replied to me, it was very demeaning. Even as she was getting the highchair for us, she had to move a chair out of the way and moved it past me very aggressively, and I had told her excuse me. After all that we were very close to leaving, but my baby was really hungry and I couldn’t wait any longer to not get her breakfast. Two different waitresses apologized and told me that it wasn’t the first time that they received complaints about this hostess. The manager needs to be aware of this young lady and at least have a talk with her regarding her manners and maybe train her on her customer service skills. 0/10 stars for her.
Food is lovely and nice atmosphere, but always very busy in the mornings, of course! Word to the wise, DO NOT LISTEN TO WAIT TIMES. Any time I've been given an estimate on the wait for a table here, it has been wildly inaccurate and I end up getting skipped if I go to another shop for even 10 minutes. Just stay put!

Food is horrible here. My Acai bowl look like dog food, the Acai was frozen not able to eat it, I brought it up to the waiter and his reaction was that the Acai was supposed to be frozen like that. Drive the extra mile to go to another Broken Yolk, service at this location is really BAD!! I will never come back.

Im handicap with a cane, when I arrived early, the terrace only had one table busy. I decided to enter the restaurant thru the terrace door and seat in a table of 4 wich was the party
Immediately the waitress told me that I had to enter thru the main door in a non friendly manner.
Regarding the food it was cold
I had Machaca with beans & rice and flour tortillas. The tortillas look like paper sheets and over all food was cold
Too bad we enjoy the place but not the service nor the food

Gabriella was our server and she was great. It was very busy and she made sure we didn't have to wait for anything. Food came out very quickly and was delicious. She is very friendly and personable and a great smile. Great asset to your team. I'll definitely visit this location again.

I came in for coffee with a friend and my son. We are all adults. The problem I have is what the cashier/hostess was wearing. To me this a very VERY inappropriate message to convey not only to the clients, but gives a bad message to young guests. If my kids was wearing this I would be more than upset with the manager for even having this shirt.
