The best pastries I’ve had in a while. If I lived closer I’d be there atleast once a week.

The cheese roll was okay. I really liked the fried banana pastry. I've never tried it and it was really enjoyable.

Some of our family members brought us some goods from here while we were visiting. Everything was good and fresh. And these cheeseballs are so addictive! Definitely wish I lived closer!

I often stop here to take some good sweet bread to my family when I visit them. I like getting the mango or pineapple with cheese bread which everyone loves and can't resist. For myself I like getting the chicken empanadas which are mild and sweet. For the most part I find parking in front of the building.

Ordering food at Valerio Bakery & Eatery is convenient when you live nearby. However, people need to be careful bc there’s a trap set up by the store owner by placing food items on display stack up so high in the vicinity where people line up to pay at the register, a slight turn around to leave after paying will knock these items down. I knock one of them down and ended up paying them, this I think is a trap they set up so that a slight movement leaving the store will make you pay for a slow moving items.

Best pan de sal ever. Can't nobody tell me otherwise. I've been coming here since the early 90s and have driven the distance to get fresh hot pan de sal. It's nice to see they've expanded the storefront a bit and upgraded the menus on TV, expanding the menu to other options to keep up with the times. There's only one cash register so checking out may take some time if they're busy and they now take credit card. Was cash only for years. Calling ahead to put in an order can be a hit or miss. I've had to try several times to get thru to someone. Parking can suck but that comes with the location.

My recent experience with the Pandesal and Bibingka was a bit disappointing.
The Pandesal, though warm, deviated from the traditional recipe. The absence of bread crumbs altered the texture and taste, making it less authentic and enjoyable.

The Bibingka was even more perplexing. Its unusual texture, with a jelly-like interior and numerous bubbles, was far from the expected dense, moist cake.

It's unfortunate that these beloved Filipino treats didn't quite live up to expectations.
