They never have the wetzel pretzel done here and it could be any time of the day I come here weekly with my clients and they never have them made they only have the pretzels or the pizza bits made
I order from this store through DoorDash and every time they forget to give the driver my drinks. Very slow retarded store

Customer service employee was wearing a hat and never made contact with the customers, he was looking down the entire time I was there. Never said hi or thank you. No customer interaction whatsoever. I purchased a lemonade and a bag of bite size pretzels. My pretzels were cold and all lumped together. The pretzels were stuck to each other and squashed. This has never ever happened before. The pieces were dry and hard. Very bad experience. The location this occurred is at the kiosk located 2Nd floor close to the exit door. Do not go there or make sure your pretzels are fresh. I called the number listed but no answer.

Bought the cheesy dog bites and dog bites. Both were freshly made, hot and the pretzel bread was not so thick but just the right amount of pretzel bread wrapped around each juicy piece of hot dog! Every piece of dog bites just melts in your mouth. Delicious. Sorry for not posting pictures cause they were being devoured!
