Bought the cheesy dog bites and dog bites. Both were freshly made, hot and the pretzel bread was not so thick but just the right amount of pretzel bread wrapped around each juicy piece of hot dog! Every piece of dog bites just melts in your mouth. Delicious. Sorry for not posting pictures cause they were being devoured!

The staff here is awesome! the pretzels are always fresh and delicious. kind of pricey but you get what you pay for. I recommend #3 from their menu.

Somebody needs to check with the staff. This is my second experience with two different employees. Both are extremely rude. They are either being over worked or they lack basic training. They both sighed at us and gave us the worst attitude in both separate times. Tbh I'd blame whoever employed them for not training them or overworking them and paying them so little that they hate their job to that extend. Do better.

Honestly go to the other locations in the mall because this one is the worst by far. Food quality is what you can expect but don't look for service. The cashiers always act as if you're the worse person on earth no matter how nice you try to be.

Very disappointed in the service. The man (employe# 271) at the register was very rude. If you don’t like working for the establishment, find another job. As I ordered, I requested for a cup of water. He upsettingly got me the cup of water, but also charged me $1 for the 8 oz white plastic cup of water from tap without informing me I was paying for it. Only after I received my receipt did I find out I was charged. I questioned him and he said yes we charge a $1 then looked away...for that, I would have paid a dollar more for a bottled water. You couldn’t see what was rung up at the register, because they have a paper covering the area where you can see items being rung up. If you are going to charge customers for a cup of water, it should be clearly stated.

They no longer have sour cream and onion pretzels which is why I would go there. The price of a pretzel is not worth the other flavors .
