Very rude employee. Young guy who looks like he knows it all acts like he's all cool. Will never come to this location again. They need to teach their employees manner and customer service.

For my final review of 2022 I have chosen Wetzel's Pretzels! Now many years ago I remember that they used to give you free samples outside of their establishments and now they don't do it that much! What happened. Now because i gave it 3 stars doesn't mean it's bad, but that it because they don't give free samples any more, -1 star. And the other day I got their pizza bits and they were pretty dry but they were surprisingly good. Overall it's good but it's a bit pricey. So -1 star. In the end if you have money and you're hungry in a mall, go for it.

Phone line don't work. Apparently they also have this phone number as there phone # on the reciept 505-555-555 do not order on Postmates because you can't even reach them.. They charged me for the bits and pretzel and didn't even have it but still charged me. My Postmates driver Angel said he asked them to replace it at least if they don't have it and they told him no. Wow.

When did they get so expensive? Ok I get it, inflation is crazy and everything is going up. But I really didn't expect getting a half full bag of pretzel bitz. Every time I have ordered they have always been to the top. This time it barely reached half way. I was ok paying the $9.55 thinking I was getting a bag of pretzel bitz but pretty disappointed paying that much for only half a bag, if that.

Got ripped off again from the workers at Wetzels Pretzels. Missing $40.10! After I asked the cashier is he can brake my $100 he said yes. Then he spoke to his co-worker silently between one another while co-worker was putting our order in a brown bag. Co-worker nodded and handed my order. Cashier gave me my money in my hand and I placed in my wallet automatically not even checking. I placed in one area.I went to get money out and noticed $41 bucks with my receipt. I was like awe no they ripped me off again! It's a team effort with these guys. Hopefully they watch the video and u see how it went down. Single income. Every penny counts. That was my money they took. Not right
