There was so much mustard on my hotdogs, that soaking up as much as possible with 2 napkins on each hotdog, the mustard dominanted the flavor. I do not believe they are looking for repeat business. Additionally, I spent almost $17 on 2 Super Dogs, a small fry, and large drink. For that kind of money I can go to several sit down restaurants. Their cost of food cannot be more than, what $5?

Seemed that only one person handled walk ins and drive thru patrons. I felt the guy. Perhaps rest of crew called out. Observing this situation, I did not voice my opinion on the 25+ minute wait in line with 2 cars in front of me. the food was bland but hot....a hot mess. The server was understandably annoyed...perhaps wanted to be elsewhere. All ratings were bad so leadership would take notice

I like their weekly/monthly text/email specials though I don't go here much. My mini corn dogs were good but I was hungry. Service is ok, went to drive thru. They are somewhat friendly but not very friendly. I asked for ketchup and mustard before my corn dogs were ready and the manager lady said tell your server, I did and the girl said it was already in the bag. Well manager could have either already put it in the bag or tell the girl but I guess they wanted me to ask twice, communication is key & so is better service, I'm just saying. I used to live near the Spring valley location they were friendlier. Oh well hopefully the food stands out.

I ordered three of their 3 for $6 meals today (that’s two chili dogs, and a chilly fry) the older lady Deborah handed me three separate bags with the three specials in their own bags, I asked for mustard. She said it was already in the bag. I said OK thank you and I left. The problem was when I got home and looked in the side of the bags. I was missing one of the chili cheese fries from one of the specials and no mustard so I drove back to Wienerschnitzel and informed Deborah that I was missing a chili fry from one of my bags which she said, I was not because she packed them herself and continued to yell back in the kitchen that I was lying and trying to make up the fact that I’m missing a fry. As I tried to explain to her that indeed it was missing a fry and also the mustard which she had told me was in the bag. She then gave me attitude saying I never asked her for any mustard. Then would only give me three packs. I did end up getting my other chili cheese fry after I was adamant that I did not get it but the unprofessionalism coming from this lady looks bad on the establishment. She is very rude. I should probably give her customer service training.

Been addicted to a few items for 60 years. Like everything, DW seems pricey these days. But anytime you can grab a bite that brings back happy old memories...go for it! Even if they are about 20 times more expensive than they were then!

The food was good but the service was terrible. I ordered a “junkyard” and the menu said $4.79… but on the receipt it came out to $6.19… I asked the waiter why and he said it was “all beef” and I hadn’t asked for any upgrades. The waiter not only didn’t want to say his name, he closed the window in our faces. I’ve never seen that before!
I had a wonderful encounter with the weinerschnitzle staff the other day. It was pouring rain and I went there to see some shelter and get something hot to eat. The lady working there saw I was soaking wet and she found me a safe ride home. I didn't get her name but she completely restored my faith in humanity.

Would be a zero star I was at the drive thru and I literally saw the up front guy working with a beanie ..on 3/20/25 around 10:10pm he reached in to his pants and adjust him self then touch stuff after that with out washing his hands nasty as all hell I just left after seeing him do that not even washing his hands who would want to eat after seeing that u should really teach this guy food safety
