We went in just for donuts & ended up ordering breakfast sandwiches that were great. Very nice staff who made sure we felt taken care of.

Due to Winchell being essentially a chain, the atmosphere is the same as it is in any winchells very clean and regular for a donut shop. However, the food and the service at this particular winchells was far below average. If you noticed, I didn’t even do any stars for the service because it was far below average. When we walked in, it took us 10 minutes to even be greeted at the counter. The employee was very rude, never said hello and initially began to get ready to touch the donuts with her hands instead of tongs. She also avoided eye contact. At first, I chalked it up to maybe she’s having a bad day, but as another customer came in with what seemed to be the same demographic as her, her entire mood changed, she was happy. She greeted the other customer and seemed to be very pleasant however, when dealing with me, she seemed to be very aggressive and rude. Then when it came time to pay, she snatched my card out of my hand and seemed very irritated. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

$21 dollars for a Dozen doughnuts! I have been coming to this place for over 15 years and today is my last day ever coming to this place! HOW AND WHY ARE YOU PRICE GAUGING! 100% unethical and completely wrong! You’re charging more than what you’re paying people in your store! Boycott this store and force them to lower their prices! Don’t give us the story about how it’s hard to keep a business. Your food cost more than gas, milk, toilet paper! Shall I keep going!! This is a treat not something that’s supposed to break your bank and yes $21 dollars for 12 doughnuts sure darn does when they used to cost less than 14 bucks, I dealt with that price increase from when it was 11 bucks just before Covid! Don’t go here you’re getting robbed!!!!!!

I tried the lettuce tuna wrap and I did not like the tortilla wrap. The tortilla was too leathery. I will try something else next time. The staff is not very friendly.

Don't expect charm or a public restroom, but it is open all night. Yum Yum and Winchell's are the same place, same stuff.

Clean atmosphere inside the place and friendly customer service as they was not busy inside and many new different food item selections I have never seen before. As it's been a long time since I have been in a Winchell Donut house, as used to be a lot in the Bay Area.

As a frequent customer of Winchell's Donut House, I was disheartened by my recent encounter with one of their cashiers. I don't know her name, but I have met her several times in the past while ordering. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by unwelcoming behavior from the cashier. His attitude was dismissive and his tone very rude. Despite trying to make polite conversation, I was met with the worst customer service. What caught my attention the most was the lack of professionalism of the cashier. Customer service is paramount in any business and, unfortunately, in this case it was sorely lacking. As someone who values courteous treatment and respect, I found the encounter deeply disappointing. While I understand that everyone has days off, it is essential that employees, especially those in customer-facing roles, maintain a level of professionalism and courtesy at all times. I recommend that management talk to her about how to improve her customer service skills.Translate: As a frequent patron of Winchell's Donut House I was disheartened by my recent encounter with one of their cashier. Winchell's dozen is a fantastic deal. Way better quality than Dunkin which gets the inky fake taste in the frosting. Everything that I've had here is exceptional. Coffee is delicious. Ham and cheese croissant is flaky buttery goodness. With all that AND being open 24 hours this place is a no-brainer. Still open since the 1940's for a reason!

First time going in here, and it was horrible. The lady behind the counter was so rude & constantly rolling her eyes. She actually ignored me when I asked how the egg is cooked on the sandwich... Which IS MICROWAVED. The cheese looked and tasted like plastic. The whole thing was completely trash and the customer service was even worse. Won't be coming here again.
