First time delivery got the 20 piece and 2 fries deal all the 1/3 of the chicken wings were brunt batter considered a "wing", 2nd time ordered the same thing plus another one and a side of fries. Only got the side of fries. Embarrassing.

I ordered online and the food was ready to be picked up and still hot. This location is not too crowded on the weekdays during lunch time. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because my sandwich was missing the pickles, other than that the rest of my order was accurate and the wings were delicious as always.

I went in today hoping for someone who would make my delicious mango habanero classic wings but NO! These three boys were not paying any mind to me and to the people coming inside. I was standing in front of them for at least 8 minutes and not one of them decided to attend me. Looked them right in the eyes but no one cared enough to take my order and multiple people started coming and 5 of us ended up leaving because they were not giving customer service the correct way. I left very unsatisfied.

I went and ordered a boneless chicken combo. Although they did not accept the ebt cause im a student. The chicken breading was so hard it could crack my teeth, i ordered chicken wings boneless and they gave me a diced chicken breast. Its so disappointing that i cannot eat the food i bought. I paid $15+ for the food as expensive as it is. Whoever cooked it didn't do their job properly. I know it was not boneless wings i was given cause I used to work in the kitchen as well. I'm so disappointed really. Not going back here again!!!

Not trying to be mean, but this is the worst Wingstop in San Diego. Wings are cold, barely any sauce dry as hecc and small pieces. Manager must have something going on in their life cause this is ridiculous.

Manager Antonio was super rude. Bad customer service. It was my first & last time here at this location. he talked to me and other customers in a super condescending manner and tone. I also observed him clapping at the employees to hurry up during a rush of orders. Definitely not a way to lead a team.

Not sure what happened, Wingstop is my usual chicken wing chain restaurant go to, but they totally missed seasoning their food on this one. Asked for extra fry seasoning, I received the limpest and seasonless fries ever to disgrace a wingstop bag. Lemon pepper wings have 5 flecks of pepper between them. Don't even get me started on the inconsistency between the nugget sizes. 3 of them look like tiny lumps of fried flour. Shameful.

Have been here multiple times but over the course of two months management has gone down hill. Everytime there’s a 2+ hour wait, managers on duty always have an attitude and don’t know how to communicate. Something needs changing.
