Today Sunday Mexican pizza tasted different, maybe a different kind of cheese, I always buy Mexican pizza there and it was the best , but somehow today something is different, (less flavor) .

This should be your go to pizza place!!! It is a hidden gem! Their pizzas are sooo good! The toppings are always fresh, the crust is crispy and the service is great! The guy working there is super welcoming, I am in and out of the place in 7minutes max, and there is plenty of parking right outside.

I’ve been coming to Zappy’s Pizza for years. They offer tasty pizza at a very affordable price. One of my favorites includes the Mexican pizza. It comes with onions, black olives, jalapeño peppers & chorizo sausage. It is very savory with the cheese & sausage plus a nice blend of heat that hits the palate after taking a bite. The supreme pizza offers your standard pepperoni, green peppers, black olives & mushrooms. It is very well executed & delicious. I also like the ham & pineapple pizza. I like to customize mine with the addition of jalapeños to get a sweet profile from the pineapples coupled with a kick from the peppers. Overall a solid choice for takeout pizza that is both budget friendly & good.

Great price and great tasting wings and pizza. The person at the register was very kind and the place is clean. If you're looking for a secure pizza place with good wings then this is your place. Thin pizza and the dough isn't thick which is ideal and the wait time was only a few minutes. Would go again!!
** Amending my review, the food is good but the inconsistent opening and closing times are a real killer. It was supposed to be open at 11 but the owner says they open at 12 that day. Other than that it's good but just be wary on closing and opening times, it's not accurate on Google or I think the owner just sets it as he goes. -Yasentertainment reviews

Our pizza was hot and fresh. The sauce was delicious. The toppings were generous. The owner was very polite and welcomed us to the neighbor. We will absolutely be back and this was a great value for the price.
My wife and I always buy Zappy pizza from the one on E San Ysidro blvd. Best pizza ever. And we came here expecting the same quality and my god it's not even close. We didn't even eat the pizza. We had to drive back to San Ysidro to get the good pizza that same day and threw this one away. I'm not sure why but they obviously are cutting on quality and making pizza that is just not worth it. In the picture you can see the difference right away. Zappy from San Ysidro is the full one and this one.

Hole in the wall pizza place with no seating or delivery. The owner was courteous. The pizza was delicious and kid approved. Can't beat 6$ for a large single topping pizza in a state with runaway gas prices and the same size pizza costing 14$+ anywhere else.
Parking: Parking lot needs some stop signs at the ends of the lanes. It's basically a free for all layout.
