Four of the staff called in sick. They also didn't have my reservation from OpenTable that was made months prior. Took over 30 minutes to get seated at a tiny table directly in front of the stage. Ugh. Hostess Jenna B. stepped up and was our server. After that all went well. She was kind and efficient and did not in the least show the stress they we under. Kudos to her!!
Note: There is a parking lot both behind this restaurant, and also across Sacramento street to the left of a defunct restaurant. We didn't know about the second one, and had to park blocks away downtown. That said, when we called to say we were running late due to parking problems, the hostess said "No worries ! We'll hold a table for you!" We had asked for a quieter area of the restaurant, and yes, we were seated there. The owner greeted us at our table, drink...
Everything was just ok. Service was subpar, food was just okay and definitely not worth the price. The building's really cool and The atmosphere is fun especially when there's a concert.
