I was there last Monday that woman working in the front desk is terrible.
Love it, food and drinks, always great atmosphere. Personnel really are a pleasure to deal with. Both An Leandro and Newark location
Love 85C baked goods and drinks!
It is a great place to get pastries and cakes.
Their Cake is ok but their APP is a nightmare. Cakes in coupons Never exists, all they told me is come back earlier tomorrow, three days in a row. Horrible marketing strategy.

I highly recommend it, its cakes are delicious, and in general everything is good
Amazing coffee, affordable food, kind and hard working staff, and they don't charge sales tax which helps with how affordable this place is to go out with friends. Weekends are always busy but they always do their best to help everyone in a timely manner even if they seem short staffed some days.
Great place, lots of different yummy pastries. Service could have been a tad better and place could uses some cleaning.

Even though I came late in the day and they didn't have as much on offer, I did buy several different things, And they were all wonderful!! They are not as sweet as typical American treats, and very creamy. Probably more than half of their offerings are self-serve, But they also have some delicious things in their refrigerated bakery case. I bought some of both, and we loved them! The ladies who helped me were kind & quick, I wish this place was closer!
Parking: This place is located inside a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking.
