Do not buy pretzels from here, you will get a burnt miniature sized pretzel. They were not busy at all, no customers, and yet, they couldn't even get a pretzel right.

5 stars because of Israel M! Such a kind, respectful man. I was waiting in line behind a lady that was being kind of complicated and he handled it so well & professional. Never let go of his smile no matter how rude or overbearing she was. I got the new dragonfruit mango lemonade frost & it did not disappoint, so refreshing. I hope that Israel gets the recognition he deserves!

The staffs here never do their job of making pretzels!Every time we come here craving pretzels and only see the bakery shelf is EMPTY!We asked them when they were gonna make more and were told "that's all they had in the shelf" which had nothing!I get that it's a lot of work to hand-bake fresh pretzels, but isn't this your job here at Auntie Anne's?

Oh Auntie Anne's, you are likely on the verge of disappearing but thank goodness I got to try your entire menu...finally - not only because of how inaccurate your app anticipates when my order will be ready but also of your unfortunate location inside a dying mall.At least your food is piping hot and fresh since I'm always waiting for it to be made which means it's always 10 minutes late. And food quality is consistent - it's good!This location doesn't have much going for it - New Park Mall is usually empty and there's not much going for it except for a handful of stores/food establishments and the theater. For a quick in and out (assuming your order is ready or you have time to walk a round one floor of the mall), park on the top level near Macy's (at least that's what it was at the time of writing this review).Try using the mobile app to have your items delivered. If you're in the area or for who knows why, in the mall, check out the app to see if there any deals (they give out free pretzel to members on your birthday). At least you'll be happy with a pretzel in hand while you walk the depressing mall.
