My mom and I came to visit 2/28/24 and neither of us have had authentic Korean BBQ before. We were both so blown away. Everything was delicious and you could tell the owner truly cared about his restaurant and every dish that came out. He recommended the bulgogi japchae, the sweet and spicy chicken, and the potstickers. (Sorry for not getting exact names right) I ordered the soy garlic chicken as well. Let me tell you, that is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Every bite was crispy, juicy, and flavorful and all of the other sides were delicious as well. I am so glad we found this place and my mom and I truly had a great night. Thank you so much for your kindness and we will be back :)

Great tasting food, sizable portions for an affordable price. Better than all the other korean restaurants in Newark.

Best Korean food that I have tried so far. The dishes are freshly made and still hot when they are served. The owners are really nice. It feels like a personalized service.

Was not aware there is such a real Korean restaurant in neighborhood, the food is not inly look like Korean food but also taste so great. We have order couple times of to-go and also have dine-in several times, the owner is by a couple and operator by them.Great and be here feel like family

What a hole in the wall. We ordered the beef kimbap, gan-jang chicken, and the yang nyum chicken with a side of rice. All 3 dishes were amazing. This is a very heavy meal for two, so I'd suggest adding 2 to your table for this type of order!Best part was that you can reload the banchan (sides) two times! Service on a Monday night was tricky, although empty, you'll have to get someone's attention by walking up to the counter. Everything was great anyway.

We've ordered from this restaurant previously through a delivery service, but this time we dined in. Except for the big screen tv playing KPOP music videos, the place was aesthetically pleasing and wasn't too loud. The host and waiter at the time, seemed extremely friendly and helpful, and the wait was minimal for our homemade banchan and then the entrees, which were both delicious. We will certainly return to dine in again.

We came on a Friday evening and it was half full and BTS on the TV screen. Very family friendly. The food is top notch. Ordered the short rib and fried chicken (soy garlic and regular). Wow everything wasadd very well.I eat a lot of short rib and this was marinated well. The fried chicken was nice and crisy. Soy garlic was our favorite. The service was good and the gentleman serving us was so kind! We will definitely be back!

Super friendly staff and good food. The staff and environment makes you feel like your eating at your favorite Korean relative’s house. The food was good. I would recommend the hot stone bibimbap. It was hot, the flavors mixed well, the meat was good, and the fried rice at the bottom was amazing. The banchan was small but had refreshing taste and flavorful options. Overall I loved the environment and the food was decent.
