I recently walked in to order 15 single-scoop cups of ice cream. Despite the store not being busy and having no other customers, the girl who took my order was extremely rude and unwelcoming, and she seemed to hate her job! Because of this poor experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve customer service. Thank you!

Posted hours on door and on line say 10pm is the time they close. I got here with my son at 9:30pm, the door is locked, two employees inside telling me they close at 9:30pm....the sign on the door says 10pm. They need to correct their posted hours so people don't waste their gas and time for nothing!!! Total disappointment. Won't EVER come back here.NOTE: as I sit here, the two employees came out, locked up the store, then went back in the store and they are removing ALL of the signs posted up indicating their store hours!!!!! Wow.
