The girl with the glasses was rude she doesn’t greet anyone and she had a look on her face like she hates her job and she was speaking very rudely with me

Chris was very very patient with my request to buy 3 flavors in a small amount as I have medical restrictions about sugar intake. I highly recommend you to try the pineapple coconut, coco nutty and baseball nut. There is plenty of free parking, every time I come the customer service is all smiles. This ice creamery is always clean.

I ordered a 3scoop sundae with hot fudge and another one with strawberries. So stingy. Wow. Looks like an empty cup.

Omg yum. This review is for the *NEW* Cookie Monster flavor at BR! Somehow this location had a full tub of it when I came in before closing on Thursday. Highly recommend going before the weekend if you want to try. It's a sweet cream I e cream base with brownies, Oreos, and cookie dough. You guys. This ice cream is sooooooooo good. It's seriously my favorite. For a tip, if they are out: Order one scoop cookies and cream and one scoop of the beach day ice cream! It's the closest you'll get. Stay cool!

Classic flavors. Great service. Ample seating. Can't ask for much more for a place that's been around for decades! This same location has been operating since I was a kid and it still offers up a great experience everytime I visit. It even still offers up a smaller table for children to sit at!Although the flavors have altered slightly through the years, the same richness in flavor with each bite perpetuates Baskin Robbins history of iconic tastes. Their introduction of new wild combination flavors have been interesting and are sure to bring in the younger crowd but needless to say, it'll be classic flavors that bring them back. The service at this location is phenomenal despite operated by a good number of young staff members. They were either trained really well or just have a knack for customer service. Hats off to the folks behind the counter! As with most ice cream parlors, ask for a taste of some of their new and traditional flavors. Find what you like and get a scoop! Personal favorites are jamocha almond fudge, mint chocolate chip, chocolate chip, rocky road, and Oreo. On the last day of the month, they offer a 31% discount. Oh, and join their membership (it's free) to get discounts and a free scoop around your birthday every year. I suppose not surprising, aside from ice cream, they offer milkshakes, coffee (cold brew), cakes, and what seems to be something like a deep dish pizza. Check their mobile app for cake and home kit orders - I wish their app allowed for drink orders too but I guess since everything is made to order and generally made quickly, there's no necessity. It still would be nice to plan my order ahead!Overall, this Baskin Robbins gives me that nostalgia whilst satisfying my craving for some deliciously made ice cream, served by some awesome people! Here's to a few more decades!

Recently went to this location and was disappointed with how lackluster the place is, store was full with only 2 employees working with a manager nowhere to be seen at all. Disappointing to leave 2 young employees by themselves during rush hour on a weekend.

The good: Something I love about BR is how they have seasonal flavors. I came and tried the seasonal ice cream for this month which was the spicy n' spooky ice cream: black dark chocolate & white chocolate ghost pepper ice cream with blood orange flakes. However, I tried it as a milkshake. Wow! It was such a surprising flavor for Baskin Robbins. It was edgy, different and not your standard crowd pleaser. You might like the flavor if you also liked the spicy Gushers. The interior is spacious and offers some indoor seating. Service was also quick. There is plenty of parking in this lot. I also love ice cream cakes from BR and how many fun shapes and customizable options they have. The bad: I liked the blood orange specks and mix with dark chocolate but I think the ice cream was spicier than I expected (in a negative way). I think the fact that I got it as a milkshake made it spicier because all of the spice got blended up into the drink rather than have ribbons or moments of no-spice from the dark chocolate part of the ice cream. It is definitely more visually appealing when not blended up. They didn't have outdoor seating. The interesting: They have BR locations all throughout the world (even Japan!). They also sell BR ice cream next door here at Safeway.

This place is a joke since when do they not do samples 1 sample they act like they are going to lose money by one little sample I don't recommend this place they over charge you

We had a worse experience with the Newark location of Baskin Robbins yesterday(Sep 6, 2022). Me and my husband went there with our kids. The store was busy. We waited patiently for almost 25 mins. When we got our ice cream, my husband's waffle cone was stale. My kids got chocolate waffle cone and that was fine in taste. My husband complained about the cone to which the lady refused to entertain. My husband said he should not be charged for the waffle cone as it seemed stale. The lady said since he ate the ice cream a bit, she will charge him full price. This is ridiculous as anyone needs to take a bite to know the taste. We were told that if we had thrown away the ice cream, we would have not been charged. By that time, my husband was so pissed off that he actually threw away his ice cream. Then the argument started that anyways we will be charged. The lady kept saying that she never told us to throw away the ice cream. We eventually paid in full(including the trashed ice cream). To make it worse, the Baskin Robbins lady called the police under the pretext of calling her manager about the policy. A cop came when we were getting into our car. We had already paid by that time and he said this was hardly any issue. It was just ridiculous. There is definitely 0 customer service at the Baskin Robbins Newark location and we are never going back there.
