Good thing I made a reservation! The place was packed , even for a weeknight. Maybe because it was veteran's day? Server was excellent! Really took care of us. Had to wait for the food a bit long (30 min) but I guess that's to be expected when it's so busy! The food was really good. Our roasted vegetables looked and tasted a little too roasted but the steak was really good! It was my birthday and our server brought out a cute pizookie with a candle!! That itself made it worth it!
The staff was so accommodating for our daughter's celebration dinner. They sat us promptly and were kind enough to change the channel on the television so we can watch the World Series. Everything was great from the service to the food.
The staff were very friendly and helpful in setting up the table for my daughter's birthday party. They took care of all the orders very quickly and not much of a wait for the food as well. The staff also set up a separate table for the adults. Food and drinks were very good and everyone had a fun time.
World famous Pazookie was pretty worth it.

It was crowded, as usual for a Friday night. It appeared that they were short on servers. Also, the Wi-Fi was very weak. Unable to use the QR Square to pay for the meal. The food was bad. The calamari for appetizers was way too salty. The Fish n Chips entree, the fish was substandard. Too many salty fries. The steak was dry and not juicy. Overall, BJ's. It felt like a cattle call. Maybe will have to go to BJ's for lunch. They shouldn't be able to screw up soup & salad.
We were a big group of 25 people including kids. The service we got, was really commendable.
We celebrated a good friend's birthday at BJ's brewery on Saturday. The prime rib was fantastic. The service staff were very attentive and helpful. It's one of our favorite places to meet friends and enjoy a great meal.
Service was horrible. I didn't even get to catch our servers name , but she was obviously way to busy to tend to pretends last night for dinner. She needs better training
Deep dish pizza is always a reason to come back and the warm and tasty pzookies. It's always great to have something to bring back on a Fatherly day weekend.
My steak was so tough I could not cut it with the steak knife. The condiments were cold almost right out of the frig. The fully loaded mashed potatoes had 5 tiny bits of bacon and also cold.
I returned it. Service was good, nice atmosphere.

Everyone was super friendly and they were nice enough to adjust my time for the reservation. They made it really easy. The food was good and the server was attentive. I was happy I came here.
Absolutely fantastic ambience and atmosphere!! Love the flatbread and guacamole/chips. The chicken Parmesan was spot on as well.. delivery was quick as well.
I've been coming here since 2009. I used to come in once a week (mostly for dinner). Services and food used to be great, but after 2019, the food quality has gone down, and the service went way down. Food quality used to be 5/5, now it's 3/5. Service used to be 5/5. Now it's 1/5. I still come here once a month to support the business, but it doesn't seem like service here will get any better any time soon.
Excellent food and service!
Food quality has steadily declined at all of their locations over the past decade. Low quality ingredients, poorly executed, in a typical chain restaurant atmosphere. Spend your hard earned money at a locally owned restaurant. I know there’s not many of those left, but you can certainly find way better pizza, burgers, and beverages at a few local, independently owned & operated establishments in the Fremont and Newark area. BJs is all about cutting costs to the extreme and maximizing their profits at the expense of quality food and decent service. Not sure how long they can keep that up.
