Waited 30 minutes for an item. Then watch other people who ordered before me got there items first , horrible service

MANGO DELIGHT IS THE BEST. And WARM Taro milk with boba is soooo soothing.

They have some really delicious boba drinks and snacks , definitely check them out if your in the Bay Area

Really worth the wait. Not sure if it was only one girl working, so we had to wait a little. But the drinks were delicious and totally worth the wait. I recommend this place.

You order on a digital pad at the front, and before you know it—your drink appears. Super fast and efficient. The menu is huge—tons of options. We kept it simple (no boba; not doing that anymore—too much junk), and what we got was fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. Not cheap, but what is these days? Overall, a solid spot. Would return

Unless you want to spend 30 minutes to wait for a boba tea, avoid this place. It’s ridiculously understaffed and inefficient.

It's a good boba place but I realized they put a little too much sweetener(honeydew slush) for my taste. Also, for both of the times I've been there they seem under staffed. But still they are pretty fast and have exeptional boba, milk tea, slushies, and snacks

Lots of things to choose from. We are there specifically for the juices. We have a 4 year old who we don't want her to have tea or cold drink. It's super hard to find her drinks

Order thru a kiosk so not much service. Drink came out pretty quick. Averages flavor but overall is 3-4 stars so went with the higher side.

We were across the street at Newark high school and wanted some boba. This little location just inside the new park mall offers a huge selection of a wide variety of different drinks. Service was quick and drinks were very tasty. Would definitely try something else next time!

Parking: The mall wasn't very busy so we parked right in front.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to get from the parking lot to the mall and into the mall. Very accessible!
