Very underwhelming and overpriced. Averaged about $19 per person with a group of 4 and left hungry. Boneless wings were just okay, not much sauce or meat and taste about like what you can air fry frozen from the grocery store. The bulgogi fries had a bit more going on with decent flavored meat, but were a tiny portion for $14 bucks. The server was friendly, but was working the whole place and take out by herself, so forgot our sauces until we were almost done, and then I found out we were charged extra for them when the bill came.

I've had bonchon from multiple locations but this one is not it. The chicken was dry inside, the crust was thick, and there were not enough sauce. You could tell it was refried just from the outside. It might even be triple reheated by how dry the meat was and how thick the crust was. Usually the crust is the best part with bonchon but this was just a disappointment. I asked the server if the food was reheated but I was ignored.
Food was really good, served hot. No complaints about the food. However the service a year ago was amazing. We went in today at around 7:30, ordered in, we got served our food and began eating. At 8pm the server came and said we close at 9 but it’s okay, you guys can eat. Immediately I thought it was 9, when I checked the time it was 8:05. The server kept coming to the table to hurry us up, every 5 minutes. Keep in mind I was also feeding myself and my baby. I don’t understand why we were rushed, we couldn’t really enjoy our food, and kept seeing the server eyeing us to hurry up. Please hire better servers.
I ordered 10 pieces of chicken tenders to go, half soy garlic and half spicy. When I got home eight minutes later, the breading was so soggy it slid off the tender. It was not saucy or crispy at all and the tenders were skinny and bland. My husband and I were both so hungry and we were disappointed. Please do better. For 28$? Not worth it.

Ordered for Thanksgiving for pick up and it exceeded our expectations! Chicken was crunchy, and everything was clearly labeled for pick up. The owners were so nice and the food was super good. Will definitely be back!

I don't know if they gave me reheated leftover chicken or just overcooked chicken... I think this is my first time seeing Korean chicken that was this bad. The meat was dry and dry, so it was hard, and the batter was hard. I will never go again.

The service was friendly, and the restaurant itself looks modern and clean. However, that doesn’t make up for the disappointing food. We ordered the yamyoung chicken and soy chicken, both of which were far below the standard set by other Bonchon locations. The yamyoung chicken had barely any sauce, leaving it bland, and the soy chicken was overwhelmingly salty with no other flavor. It tasted like they just dunked it in plain soy sauce. Even the sides were a letdown—the coleslaw was completely tasteless, and the pickled radish was just okay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
