I was in line over 20 minutes. That doesn't sound long for some but when your on a 30 minute lunch break every minute counts. I mentioned the line moved slow and the lobby is closed for construction. She smiled and said it was because of SpongeBob burgers. I can't believe the three cars ahead of me all ordered crabby patties.I ordered two double bacon burgers with extra onions. My order went from 2/6.00 to 2/7.97. They charged for the extra π§ . $1.20 and guess what?? You got it. No extra onion and no bacon. Just two cheeseburgers.I tried to call and vent several times. Someone answers the phone but nobody speaks. I always have poor service since we moved to this area. Never again.

Attention very bad, they only give one sauce, and that doesn't matter, I bought several things ??I asked for two sweet sauce to take away, and they didn't, they gave me what it wasn't, send me back, very bad staff, 1 sachet of sauce for the hamburger, potatoes, nuggets and mozarella, and I ask for my hamburger without sauces because they add a lot of mustard
