Attention very bad, they only give one sauce, and that doesn't matter, I bought several things ??I asked for two sweet sauce to take away, and they didn't, they gave me what it wasn't, send me back, very bad staff, 1 sachet of sauce for the hamburger, potatoes, nuggets and mozarella, and I ask for my hamburger without sauces because they add a lot of mustard

The person taking my order decided on themselves to make my combo order small and was insisted that they were right and demanded I paid extra 3 dollars if I wanted a large drink yet the total was 76 dollars . I would of thought that they would make my whole order large but gave me 6 flat soda and the lady who was supervising gave me a sprite when I specifically asked for cherry coke. I will never go back to that horrible place I'm sticking to Jack in the Box.

I went to this Burger King to eat today. There was only one customer and me. Two students were serving a customer who was waiting for the meal. The two students were talking and saw me standing waiting without saying hello. I waited for that customer again. I got the order but still haven't come over. Is there anyone among you who can greet me? You came over and said that we were greeting the guest just now. I said that you two were greeting a guest without seeing me. I had been standing waiting for about 5 minutes, and there was no reason why you couldn't see me. I went to this Burger King to eat today. There was only one customer and me, and two student waiters were waiting for the customers. During the conversation, the two students saw me standing waiting without saying hello, and waiting for another customer to get it. The order is still not there. Is there anyone among you who can greet me? You guys also said that we were greeting the guest just now. I said that you two were greeting a guest without seeing me. I had been standing waiting for about 5 minutes and there was no reason to see me.

Not sure what's the deal with the bad reviews, almost scared me away... but it was pretty standard for me. The person at the window was nice. The dining room closed at 8pm tho which was a bummer... but not a big deal.

The manager should probably re-train the employees to not say rude, unsolicited things to customers. BTW, in case no one has noticed this Burger King is priced significantly higher than the Fremont or Union City locations. Identical order ends up being $10 more here. The prices on the receipt don't match what's listed on menu.
