The restaurant is not easily seen from the street. It is tucked away behind another building. The setting is quaint and the service is great. The menu is authentic Italian and very flavourful. Presentation is equally impressive. We come here for work functions and have never been disappointed. Desserts are delicious.

This was my third visit, and like the previous two the food was excellent. The food is a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion. The steak (I had the filet mignon), pasta and vegetables were perfectly cooked. The staff was very friendly, and the restrooms were very clean. Definitely looking forward to going back...

We were judged from the minute we walked in the door. Older gentleman ignored us, stood there and didn't say a word, along comes an older woman who begins to seat us at the table right in front the restrooms. I asked if we may sit in the back area where the booths are and she says, they're reserved. Five minutes later, a single person, is seated at that table. Does a table for one need a reservation on a Wednesday night? We proceed to eat our food because my intellectual daughter states she doesn't want anyone to spit in our food. As we are finishing up the overpriced pasta, I asked the woman who seated us, "if I walk over to that gentleman, seated at the table I originally asked you to let me sit in, if he has a reservation, is he going to say yes?" She says "I am only a worker and I only did what the boss tells me to do." I said, "within the 30 seconds of me standing there, someone directed you to seat me here and not in the booths?" She said yes, I only work here. Her classic response of not knowing how to think for herself, reminds me of how most folks do not know the difference between doing what is right and what is unjust. It's 2020, simply following orders no longer justifies how you discriminate people.

Unfortunately, the reviews were right...not so good. I wanted to like this place so much -- close to the hotel, nice menu, decent wine list, pricey -- but okay, maybe worth it. Wrong. This place felt like it needed to be saved by some restaurant reality TV show. It wants to be good, but is failing. Watery risotto, too much garlic, overpriced. Having cheese and crackers from Sprouts in my room which is way better. Just don't.

The food was very good and it was a quiet evening so service was very attentive. The upscale atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet. As prices go it was a little on the high side.

I walk in and zero smiles from the host. In fact he had no real expression. I think when you work as a host, it's your job to make people feel welcome. I ordered a soda and the glass smelled like an old dish rag. I thought about asking for another one, but was pretty sure it would be more of the same. The bread was warm which was nice. The food itself was overpriced at like $27 for a plate of pasta, but it was quite good. Not my favorite place. I might go back if I had guests in town, but to be honest...probably not.

Horrible place! Extremely rude service. Just walked into this place to celebrate hubby's birthday, restaurant was pretty much empty, asked the waitress if we could have the corner table and she rudely said it's not available! I would never go back here.

First time trying this place out. Ordered the Penne Milano over the phone for a to-go order. The food was really good. So much so it compelled me to write a review. ;) At first i thought it was a little pricey but was told the pasta is made fresh in house! I believe it too, the pasta itself was robust and cooked perfectly. I believe the bread is made fresh in house too. It's crispy and flaky on the outside and warm and full on the inside. The flavor of the penne milano was delicious! A very savory dish with a lot going on in flavor. I really REALLY enjoyed it and was sad when it was gone! Will be coming back for more! Thank you for the great meal!
