Used my rewards points for a sandwich. However when I got there they had no info on my order. I had my order receipt on both the app and email, but they could not help me. 500 reward points wasted. Also the customer service number on the email does not work.

If you are trying to eat there late. Better think twice. This is the third time now. I go there 10 to 15 minutes before their stated closed time at 9:45 and they are mopping up and do not take orders this is at 9:30. If you do not take orders at that time means you are closed and need to adjust the time. Other then that they are rude and always a change of employees like they cannot get it together. I will bet this location is gone in a year or 2

Empty restaurant wasn't a great sign. But it was extremely clean. Friendly service. Sat down to eat meal and noticed mould on the burger bun. Refund provided but frustrating to see meal served in the first place. Hope they clean up their act but I might give Carl's a miss for a while.
